Harry L. Stout, my grandfather, started installing and refinishing hardwood floors in the early 30's. As his business grew my father, Bobby Stout Sr., joined in and successfully owned and operated our family business well into the 90's. I now continue this family tradition of providing our customers with the highest possible quality in hardwood flooring and related services.

We work hard each day to maintain a high level of quality and commitment to customer satisfaction. Our staff has completed up-to-date training programs in installing, refinishing, repairing, and maintaining hardwood floors.
Services
Oak floors were used in the vast majority of homes built during the boom years of the 50's because of their durability, insulation properties and life cycle costs. It's during these years, we remember the family down on their hands and knees cleaning, waxing and polishing the hardwood floors. We thought then, as some do now that hardwood floors were a problem-they were difficult to maintain.
Stout Hardwood Floor Co. has the ability & resources necessary to successfully install all types of hardwood flooring. Together we will research & choose the best style of wood flooring to install based upon your individual needs & building accommodations. We'll take the steps necessary to ensure that your investment will, indeed, last a lifetime.
Floor Preparation consists of removing exposed nail heads and tacks, taping baseboards for protection and sealing off areas with plastic to minimize sanding dust. We will replace damaged or irreversible stained flooring if needed.
To keep your new floor looking beautiful, we recommend a WoodFloor Wipe Kita for cleaning and maintaining your floor and floor protector pads for the bottoms of your furniture. Here are a few helpful hints to enhance the life of your newly finished hardwood floor. Install floor protectors on all furniture (chairs, sofas, tables) that may slide or be dragged across the floor.

I drove all around looking for this place and when I got there, there was a sign that said, If you would like to see our showroom call 644-something something something something. So what's up with that? Do they think people will take the time to go there. as "boonies" as in-town Las Cruces gets. just to be told to make a phone call? I'll never do business with them no matter how good the son says they are on the web. Clearly customer service isn't their thing.
