Established in 2001, Dreamcoat Flooring is dedicated to providing superior quality concrete flooring solutions at affordable rates. As one of the leading epoxy flooring contractors in Phoenix Arizona, John Maloney, the owner and founder of Dreamcoat Flooring, and his team live by two simple principles.
One of the best steps you can take to create the most durable and toughest flooring option for your home, garage, commercial, or any industrial space is applying epoxy floor coating in Phoenix AZ. The epoxy floor system comprises resins and hardeners that are combined to create a chemical reaction, which results in a rigid material that is incredibly strong.
If you are dreaming to have a beautiful floor that looks unique, stunning, and elegant, metallic epoxy floor coatings in Phoenix will make that possible. No more colored floor chips and plain drab gray concrete. Metallic epoxy flooring is the new cool! Uniqueness is one of the remarkable aspects of metallic epoxy flooring.
Looking to re-do your garage before you move into a new house? Or maybe, you are a part-time resident of Arizona and want to replace your garage and driveway concrete with something low maintenance and looks nicer? Or perhaps you own or run a commercial business that requires having an improved type of floor instead of showing a dirty, cracked concrete garage that will likely affect your business's sales or repeat customer visits?

Could not have a better experience. This company is awesome. We had a large patio area that needed to be redone. We had a total of 3 bids on the job. Not only was dreamboat the most reasonably priced one company was twice as much, and the 3rd company was actually 3, yes 3 times as much. And the guarantee and warranty were more than the other bids. I would certainly recommend Dreamcoat, , 100%,

John painted my garage floor 7 years ago started to chip and flake in a few areas from sun exposure. He repainted the problem area and provided suggestion when I paint the house how to coordinate the color. I would use his service again. John was timely on the job and very professional. He honored the warranty given on the contract.

John just installed 2100 sq. ft. Of Poly- Aspartic full broadcast. I couldn't be happier. They worked on my schedule, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to get it done so we could open shop on Monday. I will definitely be using dream coat in the future for my upcoming projects. Thank you John Service: Install flooring

We contracted with Dreamcoat Flooring to apply an epoxy finish to our patio. Worked with John to pick out the base color and flakes. The installation went fine except we feel the amount of flakes is a lot less than we had expected. In less than a month after having the work done, we noticed that the epoxy that was in the concrete expansion joints was beginning to crack, which has continued.
Have tried multiple times to contact John in regards to this issue and have received no response. Even tried going to showroom address listed on their website and the listed address is occupied by another business. Waiting to see if we get a response to out latest attempt and if we don't receive one, we will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to try and get our issue resolved. Would not recommend Dreamcoat Flooring to anyone.

No star for Dreamcoat flooring. John, the owner, sold us and put on the Metalic Pearl in our garage. The coat starts to fill away from the concrete. I called and spoke with John and he said he will get back with me to schedule a repair. Two weeks later no return phone call from John. When I called him back, on multiple occasions, it rolled to a general voicemail.
I left messages and again John never return any of my calls. We paid John thousand of dollars and refused to warrant his work. I don't recommend hiring Dreamcoat for your flooring project they are unreliable. Dreamcoat Work Order states Dreamcoat's warranties against any surface delaminating (peeling) for ten (10 years) following coating that Dreamcoat will repair at no charge. Obviously, Dreamcoat is in breach of its warranty! John - how can you deny a project that you worked on yourself.
The work order was for Metallic Epoxy Mercury (check out the photos of your poor quality flooring and Work Order in Google and Yelp posted) The problem here is I have contacted you on multiple occasions and you never returned any of my messages. WE paid you, in good faith, based on your quote and expect a quality work. When I called and addressed the poor workmanship on your work, you said you will schedule someone to take a look at it. I have never heard from you or anyone after. I called again and it automatically rolls to a woman's voicemail. I left several messages and never got a call back!

After completing a 5 coat, heavy chip garage floor, we had to "push" them to "even" the floor out from visible brush marks and striping. They did another coat and we still didn't receive an even coating. They did another coat and still uneven. Finally, the owner John came out and did a "thicker" clear coat. While it is "acceptable" at this time, it still is not even!
Don't even want them to come back! Just moving on this lesson learned. Wish I had checked Google review before I hired this company! I have attached photos of garage floor. I have also attached a photo of the "raspberry" scratches I received from scooching aroung on the floor to finish painting baseboards. THIS is from AFTER the current FINAL thick coat! I will be calling to have them "correct" the addtional razor sharp edges from the stem wall. They will certainly draw blood if brushed up against!
