Our four showrooms and the Westbrook Room Designer Center overlook Historic Route 1. Our facility is set in a two story circa 1802 Federal Building. Russ and Bonnie were wonderful to help us select the perfect floor for our family room -- we chose a pre-finished hardwood from Mohawk that came out beautifully. The installer was excellent and did a great job! We also appreciated their expertise in selecting a luxury vinyl that looks really sharp in our basement. We are so pleased!

From the extensive samples, flexible policy on how many you can borrow and for how long, Westbrook Floring made choosing and installing our stair runner a breeze. I have worked with Russ and Bonnie Jensen at Westbrook floor on 3 different occasions, one for carpeting, one for tiling and one for flooring. Beginning with the shopping experience, they listened to what I thought I wanted, showed me a variety of samples and as we spoke further, made some suggestions. On each occasion I followed their expert advice and was totally satisfied with the quality of the product and the workmanship of the installers. I was shopping for an area rug for a guest bedroom. Jessica was a pleasure to work with and gave me excellent advice on the best size for the rug and the most suitable design. I would never have looked at the one we eventually chose, but she was spot-on and it looks really fabulous. Delivery/installation was prompt and very professional. In every way, this was a positive and pleasant shopping experience and I can recommend these folk highly.

We found an area rug here that we really liked. They said they would call us back the next day with a price. When we hadn't received a call back four days later, my wife called them. They said they would call back in 10 minutes. Two hours later she called again, and they very rudely answered the phone with no hello, just "We still haven't gotten the price yet, we will call you back!" Two days later still no call. Clearly they did not want our business and do not understand customer service.
