Hands down better than Home Depot. Darrel helped me pick out tile and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Home Depot was a fiasco trying to find a store with enough in stock, but when they said they had it they didn't pull it. Paid extra to have it delivered and they called 45 minutes before after waiting all day to say they didn't have it because probably someone bought it.

Excellent customer service, great prices, and the staff is helpful and courteous. They made choosing our flooring easier than I expected. Staff is knowledgeable and absolutely no high pressure. They are my new go to for any flooring needs!

Transparent pricing; quality seems good. The items have spec sheets and information for a conscious consumer to make a well-reasoned decision on purchasing. I especially like the no frills or fuss aspect to the shopping experience.

Poor Customer Setvice. The guy who waited on me caused the company to lose out on $1700 he was a useless worker. I don't see how they are still in business. I took my business to Lowes The store worker was in no way trying to selling flooring it was late he wanted to go home.

We have been remodeling our home during the pandemic and it's been exhausting. Supply issues have been a contestant problem for everything from wood, to cabinets to tubs.but not tile! The friendly staff at Buy Floors Direct have what you need and know what customer service is! Daryl and Mike have both helped my wife find the right tile, pulled it for het and even load it in her car.

One tile she selected the Nashville store was short on, so they looked it up in their computer system and got her to another store nearby that same day. Again I can not emphasize enough how much we valued the GREAT customer service shown to us here. At a different major tile store in town my wife couldn't find anyone willing to help her with anything.

She asked for help loading tile and she was told they had 93 orders ahead of her and it wouldn't be pulled that day because they only had 2 employees who could help. She was only getting a few cases of tile and there were 4 cashiers standing around with no customers at the time! Pricing at Buy Floors Direct is very competitive with quality tile also.

Even though they did not carry the material I needed this time, Daryl was kind and professional enough to help us locate a couple of sources for travertine pavers. He may not have made a sale but he made a loyal customer out of me.

David and the entire staff at Buy Floors Direct were very helpful in selecting the perfect floor for my home. The prices were amazing and believe me I checked around. These guys wont be beat.

These guys were great to work with. They allowed me to decide on my samples and then purchase by phone for my contractor to pick up later. Pricing was competitive with other stores (I looked also at Floor and Decor, Home Depot and Lowes) but the guys here seemed much more knowledgeable about what I needed in regards to underlayment which saved me a bit of money compared to what I was being told elsewhere. The materials were beautiful and my parents floors look great now! The proof will be in the lasting power but for now, five stars!

I had such a great experience at Buy Floors Direct today! I started out looking for tile for a project at Home Depot but stopped by Buy Floors Direct to see what was available. Not only were the prices much more reasonable, but the employees were so knowledgeable about every step of the process and gave great recommendations. I actually ended up going with a totally different plan after talking with Daryl, and I'm so glad I did! Mike was also really helpful and answered all of my questions about renting a wet saw so that when I got to Home Depot I'd know exactly what I needed.

I'll absolutely be going back to see them for any future flooring needs. Highly recommend taking your business here instead of a big chain for a super personalized, affordable, quality experience.

I recently was looking for tile for my master bathroom project. I went to several tile shops and found that Buy Floors Direct had by far the best customer service. They greeted me at the door each time I entered the store, and offer to help me find what I needed. There was always someone walking around and offering assistance. I went to two other tile stores in the Nashville area and was basically ignored when I entered and shopped, or left to stand at the checkout, waiting to be acknowledged. I highly recommend Buy Floors direct not only for their exceptional customer service, but for their awesome selection of tile and flooring and excellent prices!

We live in Michigan and were looking to purchase additional Shaw vinyl to add to flooring we installed two years ago. Shaw had discontinued the style so I searched online and found it on Buy Floors Direct. I called since they don't offer online ordering and talked with Tim. He was very helpful and super responsive. Within 2 days our flooring had shipped and we received it in less than a week. Jimmy and another man had each followed up with freight costs and shipping information without having to ask for it. That is great customer service in my experience! I highly recommend Buy Floors Direct and would buy from them again.

Our friend told us about Buy Floors Direct and we were not disappointed at all. This place was fantastic, lots to chose from and the best customer service in industry. First time we went over we just looked around and we were helped by James. Few days later we went to buy and Mike helped us. Both Mike and James were very patient and very knowledgeable. Pleasure to work with. They were very passionate about helping us and answer all our questions and know our needs. I wish I could give them ten stars!

Obviously they have too much business to give any type of customer service. I walked into a store with no customers and for gentleman sitting up front by the door not doing anything. I asked for the no slip textured tile as I had been advised to ask by the person who will lay the tile. Mike told me just to look around the store as nothing is labelled.

I asked if I could be shown and if someone could help me. Mike, who turned out to be the manager, told me I would just have to look around myselfand refused to assist. Apparently they don't need my business.

My contractor recommended that I look for hardwood flooring. The employee explained all of the options including wood look tile and gave me some free samples. My wife picked her choice and we bought enough for 2 rooms and a hallway. After installation we were quite pleased. However after several months some cracks appeared. Our contractor said he could putty them but suggested that I show some pictures to the vendor.

I did so and the owner came out promptly to see for himself. He said that many places were manufacturer defects and he would have them fixed. Long story short, he sent out an independent contractor who replaced nearly 30 boards and repaired some other areas not even manufacturer responsibility. The results are better than new. What a pleasure to deal with such an honorable and responsive vendor.

Buy Floors Direct is a pretty large flooring store that has lots of options for tile and wood. Their customer service is great - I was just shopping for ideas on this day, but one of their customer service reps offered a lot of help! It's worth checking out if you're exploring options for a new build or renovation! Reasonable prices and good options on clearance!

Ten stars for customer service! I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that is always here and has helped us the most, but everyone there is SO friendly and helpful. Today as I was leaving I noticed that same employee wheeling an elderly customer out to her car in her wheelchair and being so sweet to her - it was touching to see people take such care and I just had to leave a review. As for the products, I love lots of marble and the luxury look for less money when I can find it, and they have GREAT options! I'll be back! :

My contractor told me about this place, and I'm sure glad he did. Although not on my side of town, it was worth the drive over to the 100 oaks area. I was looking for new tile for my bathroom and had not had much luck at the big box place near me. They seemed to not have enough employees to help me. Unlike them, Buy Floors Direct had employees ready to greet me, along with a great selection and excellent pricing on my tile.

It was well lit, and didn't seem like a warehouse, even though I guess that's what it is. They took time to answer my various questions, even though I'm sure my purchase was small compared to what lots of people are getting there. When it's time (and I have the money!) to re-do my kitchen, I am heading straight back to Buy Floors Direct!

I've recommended Buy Floors Direct to my friends and they've been pleased as well. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great product selection, extremely competitive pricing.

What a great place, we bought our swanky new bathroom floor and wall tile here for a complete bathroom makeover - $495 all in. Mike was super efficient and the another chap helped load the car. A great pleasant and VFM experience with lots of product to choose from.

Bad service.employees don't comprehend the first mile much less going an extra mile. Their personal cell phones are priority

We just finished building a house and used Buy Floors Direct extensively. I was super-impressed with the customer service we received from the staff. Mike the Manager was very helpful in helping us process returning some tile we over-bought. Mark and Darrell are both very knowledgable about their products and were a great resource to help in our decisions. Whitney was very helpful in processing the order and helping with the return paperwork. Don't use another company who may charge a restocking fee for any excess material (learned the hard way). Use Buy Floors Direct!
