We've used JAST Media for a number of projects and have been very happy with their work. They are quick to respond, graphics are great, happy with the reports we get each month for our campaigns. Thank you JAST!

Excellent service, great value for the cost especially. From crafting an original, sleek website to overhauling our customer communications, JAST can do everything and then some.

Incredible company who have a cohesive vision for better functioning websites in their respective industries. I've worked one-on-one with the incredible employees who work very hard to please their clients. Don't believe the fake reviews that a previous enraged employee made. It's a shame that people like that exist to throw incredible companies like this under the bus.

We have used their service for years. They always do good work and respond quickly. I've recommend to my friend's company a while ago and they are getting good results already and very happy too!

A company so desperate they send multiple spam emails per day to random email addresses. Clearly no one wants to work with them. neither do I. Update: I don't appreciate your smug response.

Just think about that if you're planning to hire them. I'm no expert, but I think blindly sending emails to random addresses isn't an effective marketing strategy and calling me when I already said no.

Had a very bad experience with this company. They did not deliver on any of their promises. I wanted to talk with Jay (CEO), who sold me on Jast Media and their capabilities. After Jast Media couldn't deliver, he wouldn't even get on the phone with me to explain why all his promises fell short. They gave us kids to work with that were just out of school without much experience, flying blindly. Nice kids but not what Tyson promised. I was also stuck paying for Hubspot for a year because again, Tyson sold me a bunch of goods. Don't waste your time and money.

JAST is an excellent partner that manages a number of websites for my company. They provide one on one attention for me and my team to make the website look and feel exactly the way that we want it to. I couldn't be happier with them.

I tried to do business with Jast Media back in 2019 and paid a deposit for them to start my website. Jay did not want to refund me fully or partially on my deposit at that time after speaking with him about this. Fast forward to 2020. I tried to contact Jay over a course of 3 days as he is the only person involved in sales. I finally got a hold of him on the third day.

I simply asked him why it was so difficult to reach him. If I am to refer business to him I would not want to feel the heat from fellow colleagues and business owners of the unresponsiveness of Jast Media. If I wanted a new site made, I would not be pleased with the level of response I have received. I called in 4 times the first day and left messages two times with no response back.

I spoke to a person on extension 112 and he simply told me Jay owns the company and there is nothing he can do. I was irritated enough at this point but wanted to reach out to him hoping I could work something out with the deposit I left in 2019 with my new business as well as hand him a guaranteed contract for web work on a firm valued at around 30k.

They are a fairly large firm with a good budget for web design. After hearing from Jay "I don't need to be reprimanded for this" I will simply take my business as well as the OG contract somewhere else. I would never do business with Jast Media again. It's a shame they don't have skills to deal with customers properly. Perhaps the 30k contract is not worth anything to him. Maybe I am too small for Jay.
