We had an absolutely great experience with the purchase and install of our new high quality great room floor. I can't remember the names of the installers but their work, which included some difficult cuts was flawless. I highly recommend this business.

This is a very nice place to buy carpet. I have used them numerous times for carpet, vinyl and plank flooring. All work has been very satisfactory on time and fairly priced. What's really nice is walking in to the store there's someone there to help you and very friendly.

I felt very disrespected over the phone. I believe they did not want to help me because I have an accent, I will take my "gibberish" to another company then.

My mother in-law had Gillfords install new flooring and carpeting and was very happy with everything so we thought we would give them a try. They installed new carpeting on two floors and and the experience was great! Pricing was solid and Derek was very helpful and formative through the process. Their installer Sal was awesome and got the job done right! If you need flooring or carpeting you have to choose Gillford's!

I hired Gilford's to install approx. 1000 SQ ft of LVT. Doug and Derrick were great to work with. The estimate was spot on, they were in constant contact and the crew was able to complete the project in two days. They were efficient, professional and asked questions of me along the way about design and constraints and the outcome was beautiful. I have hired different contractors in the past for various projects and I can honestly proclaim this was one of the best experiences I have ever encountered, thanks to the Gilford team.

If you haven't been here take the time to come visit this family owned a flooring company. I'm in the process of remodeling one of my bathrooms so I stop by Gilford's and what do you know, it's pretty much in my backyard near downtown Gresham. I try to find little gems like this and avoid the big box stores mainly because I want someone who is knowledgeable in the product and does it every day for a living. Derek was very patient with me and helped me pick out various colors and tile options for my bathroom, I took a few samples home to map out what I was going to order. Thanks Derek I'll be back soon to place my order.
