I previously inquired with Quality Floors of Nashville regarding their ad for 69 cents sf of laminate flooring. I called once to let the gentleman know I was interested in getting the flooring installed in my house. I called again to get an estimate done and he stated he would come out on Wednesday to bring samples and give me an estimate. I waited for the guy to show up and he never did.
I called him to find out if he was going to come still and was just running late. He said he wasn't coming because he had his kids and did not have my phone number to call me and let me know. So i gave him another chance and scheduled an appt for him to come over Saturday evening and give me an estimate. He said he would be there at 5. I made sure he had my number this time so i would not be stood up again.
And once again he did not show up, or call to let me know anything. This company wasted my time twice and had me sitting waiting for them to show up in which they never did. I would not recommend doing business with them because if this is any sign of how their service is then I would hate to see them start a project in your home and then never finish it. I also looked on the better business bureau and saw the business is scores an F becuase of complaints and not answering any of their complaints.

I agree with this guy except he should be very glad that he didn't have this guy "Terry Allison" actually do the work. Terry is a con artist and has been taking advantage of people in the middle Tennessee area for quite some time now. He changes phone numbers and changes his company name all the time. He is now doing business as middle Tennessee flooring so beware! If anyone has a contact at the TN Dept. of Revenue, report this guy. He is charging people tax when they buy his crappy damaged material, but doesn't pay the state. This guy has an arrest record and should be put in jail for the things he does!
