I want to add to the chorus of happy customers who have reviewed Clayton Flooring. My entire interaction with David and his team has been carefree and just terrific. Everyone I've met or spoken with has been fair, friendly, and professional. I had a mess on my hands with our 2nd rental home in Clayton after our last tenants trashed the place. With the help of David and his team, not only is the property going to be better than it was originally, I am also going to save some money on the budgeted repairs! I recommend Clayton Flooring Center without reservations of any kind.

They were great to work with. David came out within a few days to look at things and give me a quote. They were able to squeeze me in because it was a smaller project and had everything completed from ordering the matching flooring to installation in just a little over a week. The office was always helpful and the installer worked hard to get it completed in one day. I can't recommend them enough. Great team!

Jorge and Jose from Clayton Flooring Center were very detailed-oriented while installing our upstairs carpeting. They took their time with measuring, moving furniture and installing the carpet, and the end result was great. I would definitely recommend this company for any carpet job. Thanks!

It was a real pleasure to work with folks that pride themselves in customer service. David, Mitzi, Teresa & everyone we worked with were so very cooperative & helpful. They installed some new hardwoods for us & replaced all our carpet. The quality of work was excellent. If anything was not to our satisfaction, they did whatever it took to satisfy us.

Had some boards that needed to be replaced. They did a great job. The gentleman that came out was so nice. The floor looks great. He went into my attic to get the replacement boards. Great service! The repair looks amazing. Priced perfectly and fair. Highly recommend.

Good - *they are close by *no appointment needed *open till 5pm on Friday Bad - *young sales associate knew less about hardwoods than I did (which is not a lot). * same floorings we are considering is $2/sq ft cheaper other places. This might (or maybe not) be due to their cost is different but in either case prices are high.

Worked with Clayton Flooring in the past and have always been pleased with their service. Recently had new flooring installed in our entire home. Excellent service from owner to sales staff to installers. A very professional group and went out of their way to make sure we were pleased.

We used Clayton Flooring for several rooms of carpet, and also got our countertop through them. They were wonderful to work with, both in the showroom and the crews they sent to our home. My husband & I had such a wonderful experience with Clayton Flooring. The 2 young men who came to install our floors in our main living area were great. They did an exceptional job in only 1 day. Price was reasonable & can't say enough good things about this establishment. Consider them for your flooring needs.

During April 2020, Clayton Flooring Center replaced the carpeting throughout our home, refinished our hardwood flooring and added hardwood flooring where there was carpeting. My husband and I could not be happier! Before meeting with David at Clayton Flooring we had received a half a dozen other quotes from flooring companies, including those national companies that advertise on the radio and tv.

We were not confident with any of them and their reviews where less then flattering. We decided that we wanted to support a local company and we did a Google search. The first thing we noticed was that Clayton Flooring Center had great reviews! We met with David and immediately felt comfortable with him. He came out to our home to look at our project firsthand.

He is very knowledgeable, down to earth and easy to work with. Even better, David is very responsive and easy to communicate with. He offers a great selection of quality flooring, an ironclad Mohawk warranty (this is not the same for all companies that sell Mohawk flooring) and very reasonable pricing. Another PLUS, they offer 0% financing! His crews do an impeccable job and they pay close attention to detail.

I can assure you that even if something doesn't go exactly as anticipated, David is quick to address the issue and resolve it. That is worth it's weight in gold! Without reservation I highly recommend Clayton Flooring Center and Karastan carpeting by Mohawk. Clayton Flooring Company will definitely be our go to company for any future flooring needs. We got many quotes before going with Clayton flooring. Their service was amazing and the install is perfect. What a difference fresh carpet makes. We love it and love the experience. We will for sure recommend David and his team at Clayton flooring. Edited: 2nd install at new house: done by contractors. I'm sure third party and they did not do nearly as good of a job as the first time we had them install flooring. Had to call them back out to fix spots and it's still not . Disappointing. Edited two years later: Manufacturer warranty was not sold to us properly. Yes, it's our fault for trusting what the sales person said.

Buyer beware, read warranty in full. We were told any reason, any stain (red wine used for an example) other than urine/feces (pets) would be warrantable. We come to use said warranty, and we are told sorry it doesn't cover that (paint & putty). The whole reason we got the carpet is it was sold as being kid proof. It seems if they can't help you get the stain out, then your out of luck. Really no warranty at all. Don't fall for these sales tatics. Sad the relationship had to end this way.

Clayton flooring was recommended to us by a friend. We recently purchased a home and needed new flooring for the entire house. We knew we were going with Clayton Flooring from the first time we went into the store to look at samples. The home town feel of the business and the customer service sold us. David, Mitzi and Sandy were all wonderful and we are beyond happy with our new flooring. Our entire experience with Clatyon Flooring was five star. We would definitely recommend them to friends and use them in the future for any of our flooring needs.
