Got this job done 4 years ago and been a nightmare since. Had to call them back a few months right after because the linoleum was coming up right away. They never put down any adhesive or anything. They just kind of tack it down in the corners like a poster on the wall and it comes to everywhere. Now it's a mess all over. Called them a few weeks ago for the 4th "repair" and by the time I got home from work it was exactly the same.
I emailed them and no response. I had paid to carpet two rooms after this job as well years ago and referred them to a neighbor and this turned out to be a waste of money. Really lousy workmanship all around. My advice, Stay away.

I had a great experience working with Jeff, the owner. He was helpful, personable, and professional from start to end. We re-carpeted our entire house, so it was a big job. He matched the price that we found from competitors, and with a MUCH better quality carpet on top of that. He even went out of his way to find a replacement carpet for the one we had chosen when we found out it couldn't be installed by the time we needed it.
He offered us a high-grade carpet at the same price to make up for the inconvenience. Installation was also quick and seamless, even for such a large job. I highly recommend Linoleum Sales for carpeting in a home.

Who buys linoleum anymore, huh? :-) They should probably go with the times, and change their name to something about flooring. That said, I needed to replace a small piece of linoleum in my home. I went to Lowes, Home Depot, etc. and found the most horrible linoleums you can possibly imagine. Butt ugly would not describe the options. Despairing, I looked online and found this place.right in my own small little town!
I literally drive by this place all the time, for the past 7 years, and never once noticed it before. But, like I said.who buys linoleum? Excited, their website states they are open until 4pm on Saturday (it still does, check if you don't believe me). After driving all around the county looking in all the big box stores, I showed up there at 3:01pm.
The sign on the door listing the hours states they close at 3pm on Saturdays. Closed. Argh! Ok, so I show up the next day and find many, many options. I take home some samples. I am quoted a price by one of the brothers. The next day, I return the samples and go to order the one we decided upon. The store owner was at the grocery store, or getting at lunch or something.
He had a pal watching the store, but his pal did not work there, and asked me to wait for the owner to come back. OK. So I waited. My brother and his wife were in town from WI, and waited for me in the car, and we had somewhere to go. He shows up, and as I am asking a question, his mother calls, and am waiting again for him to finish his personal call. Then, the he quoted me a price that was twice the price I was quoted the day before by his brother. HUH?
I mentioned that politely and he quickly changed his price. I am going to assume the best here, and assume it was a simple mistake. I would not like to think he was trying to overcharge me. I had purchased several options at Lowes, and wound up ordering from Linoleum Sales.at twice the price what I paid at Lowes. But the design was nicer, and I returned the Lowes options.
It was more than I had wanted to pay for this item, but the Lowes options were just too ugly. Once ordered, they got the piece for me quickly, and followed up promptly to let me know when it was in. It looked fine, and it was super easy to put in ourselves. I am giving them stars for getting my item quickly, having options that I could not find anywhere else, and letting me borrow samples to see in my home. I take off 2 stars for the bizarre customer experience. Overall, a pretty bizarre experience.
