My contractor selected Bowen Tile for our bathroom tile and our flooring. They did the tile wrong in our master bath shower and when they redid it, they charged our contractor who then charged us. Then they did the flooring wrong. When it was brought to their attention, we were told it was our problem to fix and they refused to fix their mistake. As long as there are no mistakes, or you don't mind paying to fix their mistakes, then use their service.

We were looking for tile for our kitchen backsplash and stopped in here to see what they had. We did not find what we were looking for but the guy who talked to us (I think his name was James) was the nicest and friendliest person. This store has some pretty fancy products displayed and I wouldn't blame them if they looked at us when we came in and figured we wouldn't be buying anything, but James treated us like valued customers, was patient with us, answered all questions, and had good advice about installation techniques (we were doing the work ourselves).

We were impressed and I kind of felt bad that we didn't find what we were looking for so we couldn't make a purchase. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for any kind of tile.

While shopping for tile to be used for a small project, I found the two sales associates, one that approached us as we were leaving, to be impartial weather we purchased from their company or not.

They had an overwhelming amount of selection in their show room, but the staff were able to guide me toward a tile pairing I was very happy with. My purchase wasn't very large but they Still worked with me to get a better deal. Went in to purchase $850.00 worth of tile. Jennifer was amazing and very knowledgeable about my tile selection. However when it came to getting the tile pulled from warehouse that's where it went downhill. JOHN the warehouse manager is very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! John called me and said he did not know when I wanted to come back for my refund. I let him know that I hadn't made up my mind about a refund or pick up the tile.

I went back to the store and spoke Jennifer and got my refund went right around the corner and purchased tile from Italian Tile Warehouse for $350.00 less and got it loaded and took it home. Now that's customer service. I will never go back to Bowen Tile Ocala Fl again and will definitely tell all my friends about my experience there. Love Jennifer but your warehouse staff need PERSONALITY TRAINING.
