We are still trying to fix our house after Hurricane Michael so needless to say we have a short fuse. We went to a few other flooring places and it's like we were on a different planet. One place couldn't even remember quoting our house. Natalie at Carpet Connection, and her dad, the owner, have renewed my faith in the goodness of people. It has not been a chore dealing with this company, which has been a nice change!

The installers said they'd be there at 8:30 on a Friday and we almost passed out when they actually showed up when they said they would. And the owner came and was on the floor, helping! We were stunned after all the others we've dealt with during this rebuild. It's a breath of fresh air. Totally recommend Carpet Connection.

Everything was perfect from ordering the carpet and trying to match what I had in the other rooms that weren't damaged from Hurricane Michael(which was an exact perfect match) to the delivery and installation. They were done in an hour, swept up their mess through my whole house and vacuumed the room. Would recommend them 100% to anyone!

Office staff are unrushed and helpful. Lost a star for trying to talk us into carpet in the dining room instead of quoting a cost to do the work as we wanted it or directing us to what was needed to be done so they would install the product requested. We did end up using their service for the third time.would definetly recommend.

All I needed was to order flooring. Sounds easy, I knew what I wanted and I had my credit card in hand. After 3 weeks of pricing online (freight was more than flooring) and 3 calls to a local competitor (no call back), I called Carpet Connection and spoke to Kendra. Problem solved!
