Really an all around perfect experience. Needed new carpet for my house. I shopped around and got multiple quotes with in-house measurements, picking out carpet, etc. Magic Carpet was the only place that didn't give me some run-around. More than satisfied with the results. Pleasant experience at the time of purchase decision, installers were timely and professional, and the price was right comparing to direct competitors. Will recommend to my friends and family, and will use their services again if the need arises.

***UPDATE: Sam came back out and cleaned up after the technician so increasing to 3 stars. Aside from the issues with the technician, the actual carpet installation is decent, at best. *** Very unfortunate experience with Magic Carpet. The technician left our house a mess and then told us it wasn't their responsibility to clean up their work. We've carpeted multiple properties and NEVER had one left this condition.
There were multiple scraps of cut carpet left throughout the house. We also had to have our painter come back to repair/repaint multiple sections of the walls and baseboards. While baseboard scuffs are to be expected, the wall damage was just careless.

The install was quick and very professional. I am so happy with the way it came out. Sam gave me the best deal and because I only had 1 16x12 room he was able fit me in the same week vs the other companies that wouldn't be able to get to me till over a month from now.
