Just a wonderful experience overall. The installers were very detailed and efficient laying things out and artistically staining our hardwoods and installing carpet. They were great to work with coordinating with other remodeling jobs that we were doing at the same time. Couldn't have done it all without Ellen Miller. She oversaw that everything was going well and on time, constantly available for communication throughout the process, and couldn't have been more helpful making it happen as soon a possible and in perfect timing with our other work/installations. She an absolute pleasure to work with.

WOW - Stunning Flooring in our Condo in Glen Eden Resort We worked with Tati at Ruggs Benedict Carpet One to replace our (very very old and scary) flooring in our rental unit in Clark (Steamboat). The process was so smooth. With Tati's help on what kind of floor works best in a rental in our mountains towns, I picked out samples, took them back to Steamboat then ordered the new flooring.

Because our location in Clark is more remote, the installation crew ended up staying in our condo while installing the floors. Our Front Desk and Resort GM called the installation crew the nicest group they have worked within a long time. Everyone is impressed with the installation and overall look of the floors! Note, there is also new floor molding. Thank you Tati and Ruggs Benedict!

We had a fantastic experience with Ruggs Benedict. Holly provided excellent service, finding us a beautiful product within our price range. They arranged installation at a time that was convenient for our schedule, and the installers did an amazing job. They contacted us with any questions about the job, and carefully replaced all the furniture. Finally, they took multiple pictures of the finished product for us to see since we were out of town. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to complete a flooring project.

My new office carpet is beautiful! The showroom salesperson, Ellen was fun and knowledgeable and so easy to work with. She gave me confidence in my choice and in the product. The installers were punctual, professional, and attentive to detail. A great experience and a terrific new look!

This was our first time working with a flooring company and Ruggs Benedict exceeded all expectations! Each step of the process was exceptionally smooth - choosing our flooring, taking home samples, making our payment, and the installation. Susie worked with us to get date(s) that worked for our lifestyle. We want to give a huge shout out to the men who installed the floors.
