Adair Floors 'n' Mor

I would give Adair Floors & More a ZERO if that was an option. Don't waste your time with them. I waited for the last 5 hours for them to show up and didn't receive a call, text, or a knock at the door. They wasted my time off of work waiting for them. TERRIBLE CONPANY.

Worst contractor I ever worked with. Refused to fix the issues with my floor, too bad I had already paid them. RUN THE OTHER WAY, do not use them for your floor.

Very poor customer service. Called with question about warranty and said that information is kept off site and they would get back to me, two weeks later I called again and they said they needed my email. I called again after I received the information about the warranty to have someone come and look at the floor because it was coming apart at the seams. Did not hear from them in over 3 weeks, called again and the owner came about an hour later.

He said that the floor was coming apart because I used a walker that I needed commercial flooring instead of household flooring. I didn't realize that 9 years after I bought the floor (which has a lifetime warranty) that I would be using a walker. He stated that the floor was moving because it was a free standing floor and not glued down (when someone walks on the floor you can see it move up and down). Rod then said that the company was out of business but he would take pictures and see what he could do but it would take several weeks.

A week later I received a letter stating that nothing was covered because I used a wet mop to wash my floor. I had told him I washed my floor with a spray bottle of water and a cloth duster. Makes me think he never contacted the company at all. Will never go there again. Good customer service is very important. A company should stand behind a product they endorse.

We went in to look at floors and were able to bring home several Large sample ( if I had to guess I'd say 3ft. x3 ft. sample pieces ). Very friendly staff. We shopped around and kept coming back to Adair because we liked the selection, friendly service, and the cost. We ordered the floor and they were able to get it in stock in about 10 days and install was scheduled shortly there after. Installers were here for 2 days and installed flooring in our Kitchen, Livingroom, and 2 bedrooms.

We had a few minor unforeseen glitches and they came up with solutions and fixed it to our liking. Mr. Adair showed up each day to check progress and to make sure we were happy. Before the staff left on the last day all materials were cleaned up and all floors mopped. We would highly recommend this Company to anyone looking for flooring. Everyone we came in contact with from Adair floor was very professional. Thank you very much Adair Floor. Our house looks amazing!

We rate these guys low. Owner very rude guy. Just not focused on customer service. Will not use them again. Job subpar. Best go somewhere else. A sense of no appreciation for our business. Again just rude guy. Not good to do business with them in our opinion.

Buyer Beware! Make sure you do thorough research on your own before you go in because they will not offer you any advice. You can take samples home, but they won't explain the differences. If you're not satisfied, they will blame you for not asking the right questions or knowing everything there is to know about carpet. All they care about is getting your money.

My husband and I just had our three bedrooms, steps leading to first level and our livingroom done by Adair Floors 'N' Mor, Inc. and I can't praise them enough! The floors look amazing! Thank you Adair!

Just had our Master Bedroom carpeted with the Natural Splendor II and Absoulty Love it. Everyone at Adair are extremely helpful and their selections are wonderful. Extremely Satisfied! Lily is a Gem! Having the Family Room carpeted in a few weeks. Tio's Installers are Awesome, infact, requested them again for the family room. Will have Adair when we're ready to do the rest of the house with floors ect.

They did very poor work and the owner was very rude. Although there are third-party carpet installer did very good install job.

Adair just tiled my shower and they did an excellent job. Austin did the work and he was incredibly professional, focused and respectful of my space. I will recommend this company to everyone in the future.

Had new kitchen flooring installed today. We purchased Mannington sheet vinyl and it looks great. And we are very happy with the installation and hoe quickly everything was completed, only 5 hours. Rob and his cohorts (Mark and Austin) went the extra mile for us and moved and moved back our appliances and extra heavy china cabinent (without an extra charge). We would encourage our friends and family to use Adair if anyone needs flooring.
