When it comes to shipping your new hardwood floors, no one has as much pride or takes as much care as we do. Our first step, packaging, is the last chance we have to appreciate the beauty of this reclaimed factory wood before it moves on to its new home. We band each bundle to reduce internal movement during hardwood floor shipping.
Have a good plan. Grab a few pieces of graph paper so that you can accurately measure your space. Most folks add about 10% to the final measurements to allow for cutting and fitting. Have plan for how and where to store your furniture during the installation process, and pick up some floor protectors for your chairs and couches.
