I would 10/10 recommend Sheaves Flooring for your hardwood flooring needs. We have a historic home with 177 year old heart pine floors that were hidden under layers of plywood and vinyl. He uncovered them and they look brand new. They are now perfectly smooth and feel great underfoot. We are absolutely thrilled with the transformation and results.

There is a reason he is known as the "heart pine king". He is a knowledgeable craftsman and professional, who is well respected in his field. He was an excellent communicator and kept his his work space extremely clean. I'm not always the easiest customer, as I like things done right. Aaron did a fabulous job on our birch floors! They had turned orangish and had previous sanding against the grain. Aaron was able to sand them down and refinish to a beautiful natural color. We can't say enough about the great job Aaron did refinishing our floors. The old orange tint has been replaced with a beautiful dark stain. So who do you call when you're a perfectionist but you haven't perfected DIYing your own floor?!? Sheaves! This guy does what he says he will, when he says he'll do it. That's hard to find this day and age. From the free initial estimate to the dates scheduled to the work completed! In all honesty, we can't find anything bad to say about Aaron. We wanted to save some money so he sold us the floor boards at cost so we could install them ourselves. He was always on time and communicated the scheduled procedures as well as updates so we were in the loop. Very happy with Sheaves Flooring! Hire them for quality work!

Sheaves did a wonder job sanding and staining our floors! They were very worn after 30 years of use and now they look like they were installed yesterday. There was no dust and the house was kept very clean. Aaron always showed upon time and completed the job on the schedule outlined.
