This is our "go to" flooring store. Large selection of many types of flooring. We recently carpeted 3 bedrooms using carpet from Giant Floor. Now we're shopping for flooring for the rest of the house. They people are very friendly and knowledgeable to work with. They come to your home, measure for what you need and give you estimates based on what you select and advice on what issues you may encounter.

Went above and beyond! Have a hundred year old house where nothing is square or completely level anymore. Our new flooring makes it look like it was build yesterday! Great people and prices as well! 10 stars

Worked with Mike yesterday. Got measured today. Went back to place carpet order, and Sandy was very helpful and answered our questions in Mike's absence. Placed order today, and can't wait for delivery!

We love our new carpet! We needed our our outdoor carpet installed before a party, and Giant Floor came out quickly to do so! Great customer service, great prices, and super nice! The job was done quickly. We would definitely recommend them!

Our salesman Sandy was great. Selection and price was amazing. We still use the rugs purchased here years ago, and now we have some nice new ones.

Jeff was fantastic and a huge help. He also gave us a very reasonable price. Had great patience helping three woman who knew nothing about installing carpet. I would recommend Giant and will be a returning customer, should we need anything else.

Let me start by saying I was in a big box store looking for something other than flooring, I saw sheet vinyl I liked, and asked for a quote/estimate with installation by this large chain store. I had my parents drive 22miles to my home to wait for the estimate and "the guy" never showed until the day after he was scheduled. Then my estimate was over $2600 for a $319 sheet of vinyl installed. No. Way!

I don't know why we didn't go to Giant floor first. We had a really good experience with them in the past when they installed flooring in another home, and I can't believe I wasted my time with HD or L. I told the salesman, Kevin, the most I was willing to pay. He came to my home on his day off to measure, and he helped me find something within my price point.

And by "within my price point" I mean he found me better flooring than I ever expected to get! It was beyond my price point but Giant bought more than they needed for a job and I reaped the benefits of their ability to negotiate the price. Within one week, we visited the store, my home was measured and it was professionally installed by a gentleman named Mark. Thank you!

If I could leave zero stars I would because we received zero help. Stopped by on Saturday (Nov 4th) around 3:30pm. We just purchased a home and are looking for flooring for all rooms. We stopped by to talk to someone and get pricing. This is the first place we stopped. After about 10 minutes a guy said he'd be right with us. We walked around for about 15 minutes more and still receieved no help.

We saw two separate couples arrive after us and receive help immediately after walking in the door. Then we saw the same guy and he asked if anyone helped us. We said no, but we were no longer interested. He didn't even apologize. Very poor customer service. We could only imagine the lack of customer service we would receive if we did make a purchase with Giant. The employees all look confused and offer no help. Very disappointed. **We ended up at Lowe's at received excellent customer service from everyone we encountered

I recently had some luxury vinyl tile installed in my office.on all three floors! This stuff is amazing. It looks incredible and has been incredibly durable. I dealt with the owners Mark and Peter directly and really thought the whole experience was amazing! They are definitely the best in NEPA!

I went in for an estimate and this place was the most expensive even for their cheapest carpeting. I don't recommend!
