Good, quality, work, thoughtfully, attention is paid to keeping the dust away from other areas, any follow up concerns were addressed promptly. Harris Floors just installed new hardwood floors in my living room and kitchen while refinishing the floor in another room and hallway to match the new flooring. I am so happy with the final product. The crew was professional and courteous. They predicted the job would take 4 days and they were correct. They came at the time they said and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend this company.

Great company, great people. A friend recommended Harris Floors and they did a fantastic job on my floors, and did it in a timely and clean manner. On top of that, I forgot to mention a riser needed to be installed in an upstairs room, and even though it was just $35 and they had completed the entire job already, they proactively followed up with me over a month after the job was completed to ensure it was installed properly. Thanks so much for everything!

Mike and his crew were prompt, courteous, professional. Trustworthy and honest took Mike's advice and glad I did. They covered the lights and smoke alarms. Cleaned up everyday. Fantastic! Everything was done so well and the floors look great. Pricing was very competitive. The service was outstanding. I would give them more star if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Very happy.

Xavier sanded our floors. by far the best floor man I have ever seen. Very very professional and courteous knows everything about flooring. probably the most professional floor sander on Long island. this guy can do anything repairs steps railings you name it. and he's bilingual he speaks fluent English. as long as he's in the flooring business I will never let anyone but Xavier touch my hardwood floors. this company should consider themselves very very lucky to have him represent their company. once again thank you Xavier you're the best.

Harris Floors refinished our floors on two levels and put in brand new wood floors in one bedroom. All around great job. The guys on the crews were very nice and cleaned up better than they left. It took about 4 days start to finish, because there were so many steps (sand, stain, seal multiple times) but most days they were only here for a short time. Overall, they finished the job on time and as expected.

What a great experience I had with Harris Flooring. They started the job on time and finished when promised, on time. The price was VERY reasonable for the work they did. Steve, Arnie, Andy and their crew were amazing, each introduced themselves when they arrived to do the work and were neat and clean the whole time, no dust at all. As with anything, nobody's perfect, there was an issue with a rug they cut and the original saddle they had gotten wouldn't cover it correctly. Steve went out, on the spot, got another bigger saddle and put that one on at no extra charge, no excuses or argument. That is customer service and why I would recommend them to anyone who asks me.

Harris did an excellent job on my floors. I have 600 square feet and the floors were oak but I went to a dark brown stain. They came out awesome!
