Overall, a great experience. Kind and knowledgeable sales staff - helped pick out quality floor that matched our kitchen design. Unfortunately, there was an issue with our install due to an error on the manufacturer's part. However, the sales staff stood by their product and customer service. They ensured that our satisfaction was of upmost importance, and I'm very happy with the end result overall. They stand by their product and are very reasonable. Thank you!

Friendly people, family operated. Carpet pricing is easily all rolled into one easy to understand price. Carpet warranties aren't as good as other places though and polyester here is same price as nylon at big box. Great pricing on remnants and runners. Measurement was 400 sq ft higher estimate than 3 other estimates, calculations were way off which is why we didn't go with them along with the warranty/quality per value. They also did not followup to make the sale.

Carpet came up in places after a couple days. The rug itself is really nice, but the installation was and is a nightmare. It continues to pull up in places Even after they came out and fixed it. The stairs are uneven. The didn't tack down the sides so you can see the pad. I called and asked them to fix it and they basically told me there was nothing they could do.

I recently stoped at endwell rug company after a family member recommended them. I was surprised that they treated you as a customer and didn't make you feel pressured into buying. I may have only been there for some area rug and padding but that didn't matter to the salesman. I also had them deliver the product for me at a small charge which I thought was amazing. The exact carpet and pad discussed showed up and was brought in by a nice gentleman. I would be happy to do business with them again.

I always have a good experience here. Customer service is superb (whereas Home Depot's is non-existent). My latest experience was with Matt Didas who was a great help. If he didn't know an answer to a question, he'd find out instead of making one up. Huge help even though I was putting vinyl planks into a very small area. But, I'll be resting my basement in the future and I know where to shop for the best experience. Endwell Rug.

Great price for remnit and great service. I'm pretty sure I was their worst customer. I purchased a remnit and instead of saying "I would like this cut to 9 x 15" I went in with a diagram. I figured it so that using almost every inch of that carpet I could get my large rug, a 10ft runner and 13 stair treads. While they could of very easily said it wasn't do able they didn't, they did it and without a problem.
If that wasn't enough I realized later on that I measured the large piece to big and needed it cut down a foot. They again did it without a problem. I can not express enough how accommodating they were and the price was great. Thank you so much.

Sales staff spent the time with me to explain my flooring options and help me find samples. I was encouraged to take them home and try them with our colors and lighting. I ended up with a vinyl in the kitchen that resembles stone. They worked around my contractor's schedule for installation. I love the flooring. Have been doing business with Endwell Rug for 22 years and have never been disappointed.
