K & M Hardwood Floors

I have spent a good part of my afternoon bragging about my renewed kitchen floor to all my friends who would listen. I met Ken once, prior to him showing up this morning (on time). When first contacted, he gave me a rough idea of his work schedule with the promise that he would work me in as his others "promised jobs" were completed. True to his word, I got a call (what I thought was about 3 weeks early) that he could come today as a delivery from a job was being held up.

It gave him a free day, but he called rather than just take the day off. Ken was not putting down a complete floor (which I feel would have been easier) but to do a partial flooring due to an undetected water leak. Job done was magnificent! My yard was left cleaner than when he arrived, all shavings and cuttings had been cleaned up and even my driveway had been swept.

But the most awesome thing happened when I handed him my check - Previously written out based on his proposal. See, I had a doctors appointment that I did not want to miss nor did I want to lose this spot on his agenda. I had absolutely no qualms about leaving him in my home in my absence. From that first encounter I knew he could be trusted. He gave me my check back and asked me to write another, as my job did not take as long to complete as he had originally estimated.

I have NEVER heard of such honesty in an individual. Ken has become my hero BIG TIME. Call this company, use this company for your next project I assure you, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Ken.

Ken did an awesome job on our floors, he shows up when he says he will, great communication throughout the entire process, keeps the project clean and a hard worker. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for hardwood floors or refinishing.

I highly recommend Ken. I have 20 year old engineered hardwood floors that aren't very thick, the top coat had been damaged in multiple places during home renovations and I just knew they would have to be replaced. Ken came out and assured me he could refinish them. We were also trying to match stain color to new floors installed in abutting rooms.

He spent extra time and went overboard to match as close as possible. He's professional, is in constant communication throughout the process and pricing is more than fair. My floors look absolutely Amazing. beyond my expectations! Thanks Ken!

Ken came out and told me exactly how much wood I would need and gave me an extremely reasonable price to install the flooring in my master bedroom. He arrived on time, wore a mask and did an excellent job. If you want flooring done, then you don't need to look any further than K&M. Great job!

I can not even begin to say thank you enough! We hired another flooring company to come and restore our original farmhouse floors and that guy poured 8 gallons of polyurethane on my floor and it would not dry. I was referred to K&M by a local flooring company as they did not know what to do with with floors either. Kenny came out and told me that it would take a lot of work and patience but he could save our floors.

This man took WEEKS out of his life to drive an hour away just to buff layers off the poly so we could keep letting it dry. he eventually allowed us to use his buffer and keep taking layers off when he couldn't be here! He worked tirelessly to make sure our floors are absolutely gorgeous. They are truly perfect. His pricing was MORE than fair and we were grateful that he took such good care of us! Thank you so much K&M for saving our floors!

We cannot begin to express how happy and impressed we are by the service and workmanship we experienced with Kenny and his crew! If there's a way to post before and after pics, I would do it.except "before" was pretty pathetic.but "after" refinishing, we couldn't tell it from new!
