Worst customer service! I have been here three times and my client countless times to always get flooring products because prices are good, but this lady name Nicole has the worst attitude every time we come and pick up some needed stuff. The rest of the guys that work here are nice and friendly but she really needs to go to anger management or change jobs.
If our main client didn't have an account with them we wouldn't come here at all because with her attitude she can ruin someones morning! Every single time we come she has an attitude, and don't you dare ask her a question because you will get a mad look back! She even complains if we asked for more products lol yes! She responds back with an attitude by saying ugh thats extra work, more work for me.
She never greets anyone, she is always with this sour face, i think she hates working here. We don't react on her comments or attitude because one time (months ago) i asked her if she was upset with my question and she said if she wanted to she can refuse to help us! I hope management can have a talk with her, because she needs to calm down. Some of us also can have a bad morning but we don't go acting and treating people like trash.
She is not the only one that can have a bad day! From now on i will keep reviewing this place every time i go there, i should of done this long time ago but this last time we just had enough.
