Objective: To provide professional installation and build business growth through education and communication between the Home Depot customer, the Home Depot store, Addison Processing, and Measure Comp to ensure customer experience satisfaction. To provide training to sales associates one-on-one with specific and technical information pertaining to installation procedures.

B & M floor covering installed granite in my kitchen. It looked like a hopscotch. It took 8 months to redo the floors after Home Depot and B&M blaming each other and deciding whos fault it was. They also dented my brand new refrigerator. The insurance company Sedgwick is a joke. I will never use Home Depot or B&M flooring again. Something I was so excited about turned into a horrible experience.
