A & D Carpets

Ashley was beyond fantastic from start to finish. Ashley asked all the right questions, was knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process of getting laminate flooring throughout our whole house. Tge gentleman who laid the flooring were respectful of our home, neat & clean and efficient. We could not be any happier with our new flooring.

I worked with Ryman and Ashley on the purchase of four rooms of carpet and LVP for a 42' long central hall in my 105 YO house. I am so pleased with the end result, happy with the quality of products and the quality of work performed. I absolutely love the LVP, it was a perfect choice to cover the damaged hardwood in my hall. I highly recommend A&D and their staff--I would not go anywhere else.

And I will be back again, I have one room left to do. Updated 4/23/2022: Finally finished my last room, the kitchen (which is a work in progress). Used very thick Mannington sheet vinyl to cover the flaws in the unlevel floor. Worked out great, looks great, love it. Worked again with Ashley and Rhyman on this project and I'm always very happy with the end result. Highly recommend.

From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile. Ms Davina was so friendly and very helpful. She is a true professional and very kind, courteous and very knowledgeable about her products. I love the fact that A and D do not contract there work out. The guys who installed my floors did an outstanding job and we are very happy with the results. I highly recommend A and D Hardwood to anyone who's looking to have work done on their floors.

This is the fifth time that we have used A&D for our flooring needs, both residential and commercial. Their product knowledge is excellent and has helped us make the correct decisions each time. After the initial sale they do a good job of keeping you informed of the status of your flooring order, including a reminder call the day before letting you know when the installers will arrive.

They use their own in-house installers who are courteous and do a great job of installing and cleaning up the job site when done. I wouldn't use anyone else in the area for my flooring needs.

When I needed new carpeting, I wasn't sure if I should try the most cost-effective route and go with Home Depot/Lowes or invest a little more and go with a smaller company. A&D had such great reviews online, so I took the risk and never for a moment regretted it. The sales reps took time to listen to what I wanted and offer cost-effective solutions.

They were timely in their responses and honest about what they thought were the best options for me (even if those options were less expensive!). Then, when the carpeting I chose was backordered for a second time, they upgraded me to a more expensive/durable model for free! I would expect this if I were a high-end client with a large home. But that is not me.

I originally chose a middle-of-the-road product for my 1,700 square foot home. And still, they bent over backward to offer top-notch service. Then, upon installation, their team of service providers was professional, efficient, and took pride in their work. I truly could not be happier with the product and service I received at A&D!

I have had A & D Carpets & Hardwoods install flooring in my house many times. My consultant Ashley is great. She is knowledgeable and helps me make the best selections. I had new carpet installed in the bedroom earlier in the year and they did a great job. They just installed a hardwood floor in my dining room and it looks awesome. Matt and Paul were very professional and did a great job.

They called to confirm each time and always showed up when they said they would. When I need more flooring replaced, I will definitely call them. Thank You A & D Carpets & Hardwoods!

Very nice from beginning to end. I supply very nice homes for Military members to rent, A & D helped me replace old carpets with nice wood floors. Job took one day to select and plan, one day to install. Complete, crew worked in home for 9 hours from start to finish. Home was so much better when they finished. All was cleaned, vacuumed inside and outside home (where cutting took place) was blown clean with a leaf blower.

All trash was removed. Recommended service. This is not a fly by night operation, these are local professionals. Don't be cheap when you go there to plan your home projects, quality and proper service cost a proper amount. This upgrade increases the value and the comfort of your home (or rental).
