Well Wendy was talented and has an eye for decorating. We had her assistance for a full master bathroom remodel for our tired bathroom from floor tile, new shower door, shower tile, and jacuzzi tile. She communicated every step of the way and the service provided the demo and replacement in a timely fashion. Cody, the tile master, was precise and and a consummate professional of his trade. I highly recommend Comfort Flooring (aka Comfort Carpets). We had 1,400+ square feet of vinyl plank flooring installed. CC was also a one-stop shop for us, as they did the demo, as well as installation. For background, I shopped around quite a bit and ended up starting with another company in town who offered a lower price and assurances that they would do quality work.
That other company let me down after starting demo and leaving on day one. Upon my first visit at Comfort Flooring shortly thereafter, Wendy greeted me with a smile and took care of me and assured me that we will take care of her and end up being a happy customer. I certainly am. While a higher price than competitors, the higher cost is worth it for peace of mind and quality work.
You get what you pay for, and for a long-term flooring solution, the extra cost is worth it. Wendy's walk-through of our house was helpful and she was very patient as we looked at many, many samples across many days. The ability to take home a few sample panels on a few occasions was nice. Great communication from start to finish, as we had many moving parts with a kitchen renovation and other work to be done in our house.
The 2 installers were great. All-around nice guys who were skilled at their trade. The quality of work on our installation was impeccable. Attention to detail in all aspects of the project. These guys know what they are doing and the quality shows. They showed up on time, were respectful of our property, and there were no surprises. Did I mention attention to detail?
These professionals took their time and did the work to a high standard. Thank you. The original plan was for a 5 day demo/installation. Wendy adjusted this to 7 days after evaluating how much demo would be needed (we had 3 previous layers of flooring to be removed). The installers finished early on the 7th day. on schedule. Great communication overall by all involved at Comfort Flooring.

I LOVE Comfort Flooring! I am an interior designer and have worked with lots of other companies over the years and Comfort Flooring is by far the best! The quality of the products at Comfort is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. However, I believe we experienced a bit of a bait-and-switch when it came to installation. We were quoted a price for basement floor prep and product installation and were told that the price would be based on the square footage of the basement. Because I didn't know what floor prep entailed, I emailed this question to Comfort and received no response.
I also asked if this was exact amount that I would be charged (I am on a budget) and received a vague response. Imagine my shock when the installers arrived and gave me a floor prep quote of nearly $1000 more than Comfort gave me. Because I didn't have an extra $1000 on me (who does?) and because the installers were already at my home, we went ahead and had them install.
In hindsight, we should have sent the installers away, installed the flooring ourselves and saved several thousand dollars. It doesn't matter how wonderful the product is when an incomplete installation job is done. You can feel the flooring sink when you walk on it due to no floor prep being done at all. We reached out to Comfort with this concern, but our request of a partial refund or redo was denied. Moral of the story: get a detailed, accurate quote before trusting someone to complete the job.

The selection of textiles Comfort offers is outstanding! I am so pleased with how our wood floors turned out! Install was a process and there was quite a mess left behind but overall, everything turned out great! I am looking forward to using them for future projects! You have to see their showroom!

We have used Comfort for several home projects now and I can't say enough wonderful things about them! Our most recent project was a new bathroom, including full walk in shower and flooring. Kristy and staff were so professional and helpful, I didn't have to worry about anything. Our new bathroom is gorgeous, I can't wait to get started on our 2nd bathroom. I would highly recommend using Comfort Carpets!

I would love to give Comfort Carpets 5 stars but simply can not. The carpet is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The installation however was a disaster. Furniture was damaged, seams are obvious and in places not up against the wall, stairs look lumpy. They also left a huge mess. The store took the side of the installer even after seeing the situation and agreeing it should not have turned out this way. Unfortunately for us, we will have to replace sooner than anticipated.

We had carpet installed from Comfort in 2002. No problems and everything went well. This year decided we wanted tile in bathroom. After looking at 5-6 places and getting 3 quotes we just wasn't happy. Then my husband remembered Comfort floors. We ended up getting tile and carpet for less than the other quotes and we didn't skimp on the products. Kristy the manager is fantastic to work with and tile installers were great as well. We won't waste the time going any place else next time, it will be back to Comfort Floors!
