Rick Bent Flooring

Rick Bent Flooring went out of their way for us during a stressful time. Our condo flooded. He helped us find an affordable solution and found affordable options to the expensive one I found. He showed options that had in stock so we can have them delivered on time. There is huge supply issues right now and we were able to get flooring in a few days. We will definitely be using Rick Bent for all our flooring needs in the future.

I can not praise the entire company enough! If you are looking for flooring, talk these folks first. Their quality of flooring choices, the value, customer service and attention to detail are really top notch. Highly recommend them.

Rick bent just completed a hardwood flooring project in our kitchen, as well as a tile job in our master bath. We were very impressed with the options they provided to us, and the expertise they had in both wood and tile. The installation crew was prompt and professional, they started (and finished!) the job on schedule, and their pricing was fair.

We might have saved a little going with a big box store, but we wouldn't have had the product choices Rick Bent offers, and for sure we would not have had such a seamless purchase and installation process. We'll come back to them or anything we need in flooring in the future. Highest recommendations.

I just had 15k feet of wood flooring put in my house and to say they were professional is a understatement in my experience. The job was finished on time and done right with no cutting corners. Amanda Kosto was extremely knowedgable and went above and beyond to answer my many questions and made suggestions that went perfect for my individual house floor plan. Overall very happy with every part of the job and Amanda hit it out of the park for me.

We have had a wonderful experience with Rick Bent Flooring. Our visit to their showroom was a relaxed, enjoyable experience, they took time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and they showed us a wide range of hardwood samples that met our design theme and our budget. Their install crew showed up when they said they would, and they did a fantastic job installing our floor.

In fact, I think they left the house cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. These are great people, with a huge assortment of flooring choices. Really a great overall experience.

The showroom is fantastic and has every wood, carpet and tile out there. I new they had the best reputation in the Low Country for quality, but there pricing is the best around. Doug and Randall answered every question and helped me find exactly what I needed. After 11 years in my house, it was time for an upgrade.
