We are thrilled with the carpet we purchased from Higgins! David was so helpful and gave us great guidance and information. We learned so much from him! We ended up with a beautiful and high quality carpet for our upstairs and are so happy with how it looks. Everything in the process was smoothly from shopping to install to the follow-up with our warranty info. We were on a tight timeline but they made it happen and we are so very glad!

We were thrilled with our recent experience with Higgins Carpet. The person we worked with (David) was very knowledgable, friendly, attentive and helpful. He helped me choose a great quality carpet for our purposes and was transparent and clear about pricing and timing. He went above and beyond to get our carpet installed before the holidays. During a time where most retailers and services are so delayed, we were super impressed with Higgins Carpet's service and quality. Definitely recommend this local business for your flooring needs.

Not sure how to start. Our sales person was mostly concerned with "making a buck" than making ys happy in fact he said it several times. He charged us 200 for a 20 piece of plywood with mild and notches. The linoleum floor wa put in wrong, we're supposed to build the sub floor (that's what the plywood was for.) The rug is wrong the thickness is not the same as we picked put, he measured wrong then we needed a seam.
They did not clean up there was even a pile of rug shavings and 2 razor blades left on front stoop. The rug gas bubbles in it the linoleum is already coming up and so much more. Go anywhere else.do not go there.

I went in to Higgins Carpet not expecting too much and I was blown away by their showroom. Looks small from the outside but on the inside they have everything! The owner was there and he was super friendly. The rest of the staff is just the same. So nice and so helpful. This is a classy operation and they really do care. Unlike any experience I've ever had with a "big box" store. I would go back time and time again.
