I've had carpets and a tile shower done using this company. And I've bought raw materials from them. Great experience all the way around, highly recommend.

I enjoyed my original experience with floors with flair. They were helpful in helping me pick out my carpet and linoleum and scheduling was relatively easy. Everything looked great when they were done but that's where my great experience ended. They had us put underlayment down in one of the bedrooms and the hallway as we were told that the glue wouldn't stick to the flooring. this was an extra almost $1000.

I was ok with that at first but then we started having issues. The carpet in my bedroom was never stretched so it started pulling away from the walls and had several lumps. I was told this was caused by us moving things in the bedroom.? Really? Then came the linoleum. It started in the kitchen. We got a bubble about the size of a 50 cent piece. They came out and re-glued the spot and it was ok.

Now after a couple years we are getting bubbles all over the kitchen. They are like little air pockets ad feel like the top layer separates from the bottom. You can push the bubble down but it pops right back up. The bedroom sounds like the glue has almost completely evaporated. It started off feeling like the flooring was sticking to your feet and would lift when you lifted your foot.

Now you can hear it pull off the underlayment. It sounds like lifting tape off of the counter. We also have a spot where you can see and feel the underlayment lift up under the linoleum. We have contacted floors with flair and have been waiting several months for them to address the situation. First we were told that they only guarantee things for 1 year.

Go through your paperwork. NOT once is that mentioned on ANYTHING they sent us through out our several purchases. We finally had the installer come out and only to be told the flooring issue was caused by us moving our kitchen table. Really? Ok so if that is the issue in the kitchen what caused the issue in the hallway and the bedroom? I have spent several thousand dollars on flooring that is junk.

They don't stand behind their products or their installation. The glue coming up is not my fault that is definitely an installation error. Buyer beware if you do business with this company. we have been promised call back after call back, and are still waiting for someone to do something over 6 months later.

The sales team went way beyond my expectations! We were trying to find hardwood flooring that matched our existing flooring that had been discontinued. Even though this is VERY risky, the sales team went out of their way to check with suppliers and vendors to give us some choices. As it turns out, after installation we could not tell the deference in the products.

Now the reality is that we probably lucked out. But the fact remains that the sales team was willing and went the extra mile to work with us! That was valuable to me! The installation follow up was also fantastic. We had constant communication on delivery and installation. The installers were very meticulous and very pleased with the results.

If you're considering installing hardwood floors, you can't go wrong with Floors with Flair (seller) and Conin Floors (installers)! Both were very responsive and pleasant to work with. Marcial and his crew took the time to pay attention to every detail as they installed hardwood floors in three bedrooms, the hallways and the stairs in my home. I couldn't be more pleased with the update to the house, and I highly recommend them.

We had a terrific experience working with both the sales side (Chris Gates) and the install team (thank you, Angela) at Floors with Flair. It took us quite a while to figure out what to get and how to go about it. They were all very patient with us. And the install crew led by Edifonso Ocampo M was so helpful and efficient. They moved our furniture too, which was no easy job.

We asked for a special favor -- to do the job in two phases, one week apart -- and they were willing to work with us on that as well. Our neighbor had recommended Floors with Flair to us, and we are very grateful that someone pointed us in their direction. This is a stellar company. Now we are walking around on our wonderful new carpet, which is just as Chris & Angela told us it would be -- a luxurious feel unlike we have experienced with carpets before.

Floors with Flair was fantastic in helping us navigate tile selection for our bathroom, and they were very helpful in ensuring we didn't get caught up in any pandemic-related supply chain issues. Our installer was a delight and did an amazing job!

We needed to get a floor in a rental house replaced and were under a severe time crunch. FWF not only helped us immediately, they problem solved when materials were delayed and got the job done even BEFORE our very unrealistic deadline. Communication was excellent, even providing updates along the way. Our installer, Efrain, did a fabulous job and it honestly looked like the floor was miraculously delivered as there wasn't a speck of dirt/debris anywhere. THANK YOU FWF, RECOMMEND!

My initial contact with Chris Gates was timely and professional. Each additional contact with him increased my satisfaction due to his: timely communication, material knowledge, flexibility and professionalism. After ending a 32 years as a residential remodeling project manager, I found Chris to be an individual that I would return to, whenever the opportunity arose.

Once the sale was complete, the project coordination staff stayed on top of the project with both communication and follow through. Likewise, the installation crew were on time and completed the project in a high quality fashion. My top marks go to Floors with Flair and the group of people that made my project successful.

First of all the installers were amazing! The company customer service is horrible. We went a month without any communication from the company. When we finally called them to cancel our order we were told we had to pay for the product. They said it was a special order. No communication at all from Floors with Flair unless it was initiated by us. Would not recommend them if you want to have a smooth process and communication.

The end-product looks fantastic and we're really happy with the carpet we picked out. Chris and his team were great when we were making our decision. However I rated lower because the installation process was not quite what we expected. On the day of the installation, we had one person show up - he was great to work with and because he was working alone, he only had time to remove the old carpet and setup the padding.

This was understandable and we agreed to meet him again the next day (Saturday). He brought some colleagues with him to help - we were fine with this - but none of them wore masks. There was also a child present the whole time, also not wearing a mask. In contrast My husband and I wore masks the entire time. We didn't expect for multiple people to still need almost a full day to install the carpet but we were there from 9-4pm.

We also heard at least two flushes of our toilet upstairs (I was downstairs painting) in a bathroom with no soap in it. We would have provided soap and towels if anyone had asked us if it was ok to use our toilet, but no one approached us. I felt compelled to Everything up to the second installation day was great - just a bit of unprofessionalism and lack of COVID-19 caution was off putting.

Stopped by looking for carpet for my wife's she shed. Showroom was mainly flooring, but they did have carpet so we had someone show us around. Good selection of carpet types. Colors were a bit lacking, though. The she shed has a plum exterior with inside walls painted a light green. The majority of the samples were tans and beiges. Not a knock against the store as they were helpful. There just wasn't anything bold or eclectic or inspiring.

From start to finish Floors with Flair was helpful and efficient. I had an appointment with a big box store for carpet but got great personal assistance from this smaller company! I got better carpet for a better price. The installers were great. They moved furniture effortlessly and put it back in place quickly. It was all done in one day for my whole house. Great experience!

We had a great experience here. This was actually the second store we tried to go to (CFM workers didn't give us any assistance), this place helped looked through their inventory to see if they had what we wanted we ended up picking our backsplash here and we are super excited for it to arrive. We will definitely will come back when we are ready to do our bathroom :)

Floors With Flair does an amazing job every. single. time. Chris was extremely helpful through the decision process. I appreciated his input. We had a very tight timeline and he made sure that his teams worked around that timeline and everything was not only done very quickly, meeting the deadline, but it was also perfectly installed. We have used in him the past with the same incredible results and I can honestly say that I will never even consider using another flooring provider. We are fans and customers for life. I've recommended Floors With Flair to everyone I know and the feedback is always excellent. They are true professionals.

Floors with Flair was amazing to deal with from start to finish. Their design team helped us when all of the options felt overwhelming. The estimator had incredible attention to detail, which I really appreciate, and proposed a few small fixes outside of the floor installation that really updated our look. The actual installation took a little longer than expected, but the team did a superb job and so it was worth it.

They treated my home with respect, were polite, responsive, and had exhibited excellent craftsmanship. We also had new baseboards put in, and there was a little misunderstanding at first, but Floors with Flair was quick to address it and it turned out equally as good. I absolutely would do businesss with them again, and plan to in the near future.
