It's amazing to see a vision of mine come to fruition. Javier knew exactly how to bring my vision for the Penthouse to make it look it's absolute best. I am writing this review one year after Flooring Kingdom installed waterproof vinyl flooring in my condo (all areas except the bathrooms). Below you can see photos of the finished installation. A year later and my floor still looks great! The installation process took three days. The soundproofing was placed on day 1 (couple of hours only), the vinyl was installed on day 2, and the baseboard on day 3. I purchased the vinyl planks and the baseboard from Flooring Kingdom's store.

Had a couple of issues but they were addressed quickly and professionally. I have been assured that if any other issue arises they will respond appropriately.

These guys are truly professionals. Javier showed up on time, gave a good estimation of the project, and also a good price, his workers are very professional and helpful. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything when they finished. My floors look beautiful and I would recommend this company to anybody.

Beware! Javier, told me if I'm not happy, I don't pay. That was a lie. He took me for $2600. Don't ever leave them a key! My mistake. Get every little detail in writing no matter how small. My contract is extremely vague. I now know that was on purpose. Javier, will tell you he's a Christian company. So what! Shame on him! He used products that I told him I was highly allergic to.

Then covered it up by mixing a different product in 6 hours later and causing a receipe for disaster. I asked for the list of products used 3 times in a month and I was denied the information each time. Javier, not only said he was not returning a dime, but that he was not going to give us any list of products. Me and my husband both had to go to the doctor several times in addition to my hospital visits due to the high toxic fumes which caused me to suffer anaphylaxis attacts that I never had before. Thankfully I did not subject my special needs children to these fumes. Javier, knew my situation, but to save on cost he sacrificed my families health. My home uninhabitable for almost two months. I had to redo my entire wood floors again. My advice.find another company with morals.

Would highly recommend, Javier and his crew treated us like family. He really took time to explain product specifics, installation and care of our floors. They did a magnificent job the floors came out beautiful. Outstanding customer service, professional installation, selection and price can't be beat.

This has been a wonderful experience. Javier came and reviewed my floors and with his team gave me back my beautiful floors. After it was dried they came back to paint my baseboards that had gotten stained. The rooms look so beautiful. Thank you.

We originally contacted Flooring Kingdom to install baseboards to our home knowing that our flooring had some issues. When Javier arrived to provide us with an estimate he explained to us what we needed and what his team could do to fix our flooring problems and add baseboards. We agreed on the scope of work and Javier told us his team could start a few days later.

Sure enough the guys arrived on time and started working. After two days they added baseboards to our 4 bedroom home, fixed the flooring on our stairs and did a great job correcting other flooring issues we had. The team did an amazing job! They exceeded our expectations and we would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I never tend to leave reviews but this time i had to! This place is a ripoff! Javier (the owner) is just a contractor! He disreispected my mom and started screaming at her in my own house! He does not know anything about the actual work to be done! Yes he quoted us less than other companies but i see why! The wooden floor had to be done twice because the people he hired to do it where horrible!

Bad finish bad color and uneven parts throught the floor! The second time they did the wooden floor the poeple left chipped parts with wholes in the wood! He came to see it and said it was normal and that the job could not be better! How can a chipped wood or a floor with wholes can be a good job? Also replacing the carpet the left hard stuff under the carpet so when you walk you feel like there was nails under the carpet!

When he came to "supervise" the work because we asked him to do so( he wanted us to pay the random people he sent instead of him making sure everything was done correctly) he came yo the house and started screaming at us saying that we where making excuses not to pay him and that he wasnt going to show again! (Have in mind thes person claims to be christian) no patience no goodexperience he does not care if the job is done roght kr not he just wants your money!

We hired other guys to replace another part of he house and with the same wood the difference is enourmous! The owner was here during the job! And made sure we where happy with their job! If you want something cheap and badly done hire this guy! But honestly if you want somethi g that is going to last and be the way you want it run from javier!

I'll have to disagree with the previous review, Javier came to my home and gave me the best quote in town for my hardwood floors, I decided to go ahead and try his company out, his workers were ready to start three days later and had the job done in two days ( approx. 2000 sq ft) I am very pleased with the results, my very old floors look beautiful and glossy, the oil based polyurethane is getting darker and giving my floors a very nice patina. I would definitely call him back, his workers were always on time, got the job done FAST, Replaced a few boards at no extra cost, couldn't be happier!

Sloppy. Hired Javier to replace 24" white rectified limestone tiles. He sent degenerates to do the actual installation. They were only concerned with making quick money. Javier asked for more than half the money up-front. That should have been my first clue. They chipped almost every surrounding tile and rubbed grout into every tile, darkening the color on all the new tiles. Worst flooring job ever. Easily subtracts $20k off the value of my apartment. "In God We Trust" is a ridiculously misleading motto.

We drove about 40 min to get to this place after we saw their website. We get there only to find out that their address above is not correct. They have neglected to post on their website nor Yelp or Google! We call them from what was once their store, to a number outside, and reach a very unhelpful woman. I tell her about our situation and he says, "I have no idea." I ask to speak to the manager and she says she is the manager and that she is the only person there?! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE!
