Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness Poor communication, constant delays. Would never recommend them. I appreciate the supply chain isn't good right now but we had to chase them down for any update, timelines were wrong and we had to ask them repeatedly for scheduling. Not proactive, not organized. The team at Kelly Carpet did a great job. David really helped us select the right carpeting.luxury for the main bedroom and durable for the kid areas. Fantastic company with awesome people to work with! Theresa from the showroom answered all our questions, listened to our thoughts and spent a lot of time showing us products for hardwoods and carpeting. She was awesome! Installation scheduling was very smooth and installers came on time. The installation team was extremely professional, explained everything and answered questions.
They were very pleasant and very skilled. They were awesome to work with! I give my highest recommendation for Kelly's! My wife and I are very happy and satisfied! We will definitely do business there again!
