Very happy with finished floors! They look beautiful! After carpets were pulled out there were some noticeable water stains. Rob and his crew worked with me on a floor stain decision. Rob was very easy to get in touch with when I had questions. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to refinish hardwood floors. Definitely quality work.

They did amazing work for a great price. When we pulled out carpets our floors were a mess with water stains, paint, and screws. They took the extra time to make some repairs to our floors and made them absolutely seamless. We also had them install hardwood in our foyer. It came out beautiful. They were also very easy to get in touch with. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for hardwood refinishing and staining for a great price.

We actually wanted to hire this company but chose not to because of how unprofessional the owner was to my husband. Really bad customer service so we don't want them in the house. I would never recommend them based on how the owner interacts with people.

Rob and his team were very professional and pleasant to work with sanding and refinishing my floors. we had a couple of challenging areas because of our Kitchen renovation Rob exceeded our expectations, Rob and his workers were clean and courteous, excellent equipment (virtually little to no dust); and they were always punctual with their start/stop times. They were careful around the molding and other areas around the house, and they cleaned up daily. The results were excellent and I would highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Harwood. I was trying to spruce up my home because it was on the market and not moving. The work was beautiful, the schedule punctual and I believe it added to the value of my home. Finally sold, now I'm jealous of the folks that ended up with those beautiful floors.

Rob did a fine job for us on 2 rental units. Work was done on time, at the quoted cost and it looks great. What else could you ask for?

I don't even know where to start. All I wanted was a simple task to re sand my floors. They look worse than they were before. The color is uneven, I have huge cracks, not sealed properly, hair and debris stuck on the wood floors. I had two young kids here that Mr. Hardwood (his name his Rob Girard ) sent over to do the job. First time they did it, the floors felt like sand paper.

They tried to fix it but now I'm stuck with nasty cracks. When I tried calling and texting him about the huge crack. He never responded. I found his page on Facebook and decided to leave my review. All of a sudden I got his attention and he said I wasn't in his database. It's unreal. I can't believe he just can't take the responsibility for the horrible job they did.

All he had to do was fix the problem. But rather he blamed it on everything else. I had others look at it and said that they did a bad job. PLEASE NEVER use him! He is also pricey.

We own a kitchen cabinet shop and often times our clients need their existing floors refinished or they need new wood floors. When clients ask us "Do you know anyone that does hardwood floors?" I am happy to recommend Rob from Mr. Hardwood. Rob and his staff are professional, timely and do excellent work.

We had very little luck getting a response from other companies because our projects were smaller and more difficult. We needed to repair/weave new flooring into old existing flooring. Rob and his team came in and were professional, easy to talk to and did great work. Price was great too. Thanks again!

This company is owned by Robert (Rob )Girard. While he'll "yes" you to death, his work is sloppy and not acceptable. His workers (family members, nephews, etc) will leave your home a complete mess and the work performed will cause you great angst. I have over 57 pictures i can send you of the work he did not complete and pictures of the work this company is capable of performing. It's not worth it, i had to have my floors re-finished by another company. Save yourself the aggravation, ask around and review my pictures, you won't believe it. I should have read these reviews before going with Mr. Hardwood.

Misery. Mr. Hardwood so unable to make things right. We asked if we should tape the the baseboards but he said not to worry. They did such a poor job the first time, with marks from the machines clearly visible, that they sanded a second time. It was worse. There was stain all over the baseboards, and handprints on the walls and doors. They ran the sander into the woodwork so we have more than painting to do to make it right.

One day they left the front door open. Another day, no one showed up. Mr. Hardwood was clearly preoccupied with personal issues and finally stopped returning calls. I would have written this review earlier but we have been waiting to see if there will be some resolution. Anything?

Rob redid the floors in my new house. Showed up as promised and did a beautiful job. They left the house clean with no marks on the walls or trim. Not always great at returning calls or confirming which led to a little angst, but the work was great.

Workers were extremely sloppy and got floor stain all over our baseboards, which has turned into days and days of unwanted painting for us. Mr. Hardwood also does not listen well. He didn't execute our contract as written and nearly refused to make up for it until I pressed back much harder than I should have had to.

Mr.Hardwood has done two jobs in my home. Both times the process was seamless and the work was impeccable. He even installed new wood floors that matched perfectly up to the older hardwood that were in my foyer. Because we have an open floor plan this was huge and it all looks like the same job...Great Work from a Great Gentleman!!!
