Floors 2 Luv

We had a major repair and renovation of approximately 1500 sf on the first floor of our home. F2L's estimate was very close to but a little higher than one estimate, and many thousands of dollars lower than the top. I awarded them the job based on a neighbor's recommendation and because Tony, the owner, was so professional and explained everything.

He stayed very close to the estimate; there were additional damages that needed replacing. The repairs were outstanding and blend in beautifully with the existing floor. The rest of the floors were completely refinished and stained and protected with a polyurethane finish. His professional and friendly crew did an amazing job in our home, and respected the space. I was happy to pay them at the end of the project and would have them in my home again.

Floors 2 Luv did an amazing job with my floors. They installed brand new red oak hardwood in part of my house, and installed luxury vinyl plank in another part of my house. Both turned out beautiful! From start to finish, the team delivered excellent customer service. Chris, who did my initial consultation was professional, efficient, and helpful. Alvaro oversaw the project and kept in contact with me regularly.

I have used Tony and his team multiple times over the past 5+ years. Most recently they refinished 2300+ sqft of hardwoods on my rental property, and my floors now look as good as new! Look no further this is such a great company and team. My wood floors had severe water damaged and needed to be replaced. They look incredible! Tony and his team were so accommodating. Scheduling was very easy and quick. The day of repairs, the gentlemen that came out to do the work was right on time and did an amazing job.

Each time the team was at my house they were quick and efficient. I first had my living room and master bedroom changed to vinyl plank flooring. A few months later I got my staircase and upstairs hallway completed. The pricing is fair and includes a warranty. I especially appreciated the follow up email that mentioned how to care for my floors. I even recommended their services to my realtor that helped me purchase my house.

Tony and his team are incredible. We recently hired them to install flooring on our first floor bedroom. Anytime we had questions or concerns, Tony and his project manager, Alvaro, were willing to personally come out and help us understand the process in addition to explaining our available options. We had an initial issue with the first stain color matching existing wood and he provided us with a very reasonable addended estimate to redo the stain.

Bless Tony! I've been renovating an 1897 cottage for over a year. Three people attempted to restore the original hardwood floor and tore it up. On top of that, my contractor and subcontractor were typical stereotypes of their trade: shoddy and incomplete work, unreliable despots of society. Tony was a GODSEND. Not only did he restore my beautiful floor, Tony did everything he said, in the time he promised. Tony restored not just my floor but my faith in humanity. His guys were awesome: they showed up exactly when they said they would, worked hard all day, and did an amazing job. I'm so pleased with Tony and his team!

The guys at Floors 2 Luv are very responsive and were patient and accommodating when it came to working around a mixup with the management at my building (this was after the big freeze in Houston). Tony updated me throughout the entire process and was always willing to take a call. He pulled people from another job to finish mine due to unforeseen circumstances that forced a reschedule.

Floors 2 Luv refinished all 2800 sq ft of my home, in stages. This included new wood, refinished wood and tile. Tony is a man of high integrity and trustworthiness. Almost everything was done well the first time. One area, I had a concern about so he had his crew do it over! No additional cost. The crews are professional. They arrive on time, work hard, clean up, respect the home and do great work. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Tony, Alvaro, and all of the Floors 2 Luv team are absolutely incredible! I will never use another flooring business in Houston. They are so personable and accommodating-they responded within a day of my request for an estimate and then were patient with me when I wanted a few different estimate options worked up. Their work on the hardwoods in my master is worth 5 stars in itself, but the customer service you will receive is what really hit it home for me. Also, after getting several estimates while looking to re-do my master bedroom; Floors 2 Luv was by far the most competitive price-wise and were not looking to be unfair or unreasonable with you for the work requested. Tony and his crew did a beautiful job. we had our wood floors refinished, new wood flooring put in a couple of rooms, marble flooring in the dining room, carpet installed in our 2nd floor, and our fireplaces re-done in marble. Every job was completed efficiently and perfectly. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Floors2Luv! As a follow-up. our home took on 3' of water during Harvey ruining our beautiful floors.

Originally confirmed the appointment, about a week in advance, for 4PM on 11/20/2017. They called the day of and asked if I could do earlier. I said no, since i am already leaving work early to make this appointment as it is. He said they were really busy apparently (not sure why it matters if i was able to meet them earlier then?), asked where exactly i was located again, and eventually I was told it was fine, and they would see me at 4.

I leave work to meet them at 4, and they no call no show. I called, left a voicemail, no return phone call. Obviously they didn't want my business. They simply didn't want to drive to my place at 4PM, since it was near downtown, and they didn't even have the courtesy to just cancel the appointment, but decided to waste my time instead. Very unprofessional, and would not recommend to anyone.

Tony was extremely professional and quickly responded to every question I had. I am beyond pleased with my new bamboo flooring and tile! The crew kept me updated and worked in a very timely manner.

They did a GREAT job installing our hardwood flooring. Price wise and install time were both fantastic. They completed early and compared to others we got quotes from, best price around! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have hardwood installed!

We had new hardwood floors installed and finished and were completely satisfied with the results. We called Tony for an estimate and he answered the phone promptly, he instructed us to go to the website and fill out the request form which I think is very Professional. He replied the same day and an appointment was scheduled. He came out to the our house and he was very informative, pleasant and felt trustworthy.

He sent us a written and well explained estimate. We accepted his proposal and within a week he was able to schedule the work. His crew was on time, courteous and clean. The job completed as promised. We recommend Floors2Luv for your flooring needs.

Tony, In your rush to complete our project, you have failed to supervise your "crew". Our floors have indeed had the first coat of polyurethane applied as you said it would. even before the stain was dry. I know this because the stain was not dry when I came home and checked at 5:20 pm and now the entire house has had the poly applied which is still wet.

According to DuraSeal, the stain is supposed to be allowed to dry for at least 8 hours, unless of course, you chose to use the Quick Coat which requires 2 to 3 hours before the finish coat is applied. Since the stain was still wet in the dining room 1 hour ago, neither waiting period was adhered to. We did however notice than there is uneven sanding (ripples) in the dining room just by looking through the door.

I have no idea how many other places we will find once we can enter to inspect. Inspection and supervision are YOUR job and we have barely seen you at all during this process. Any areas like this will need to be corrected. Of course the stain is nowhere near the color of the brochure or either of the samples. We also are unable to properly lock up the house due the the wet finish.

None of the windows have been locked or shades closed and most of the lights are still on. We weren't even told your guys were leaving for the day. Which PoloPlaz product did you use? How long before the floors can be walked on so we can lock our house? From what I am seeing that is likely to be tomorrow. We also need to schedule the baseboard installation and a few hours notice (which we have not received) is really not enough time. Not pleased or happy, Steve One star is too much for this highly unprofessional greedy guy who Blesses You constantly. BEWARE.
