I can't say enough good things about the work recently performed at my home by Specialized Floor care! The recent work Willy performed in my bathroom to clean, re-grout and seal all shower stall tile as well as install a new tile floor and clean the entire tile bathroom was impeccable! Willy's attention to detail and professionalism is second to none.
Right from the beginning I knew his job /skills/knowledge and cleanliness was over the top. All services we performed on time and at a reasonable cost. Having no prior information on this company except seeing the Specialized Floor Care internet page I would rate this company a 10+ out of 10. If you are in need of this type of work. Willy responded in a timely manner to my on-line search for help. He promptly came and assessed the issue, and scheduled a time to do the work. When the issue was larger than we realized (due to more extensive water damage behind my bathroom walls), Willy undertook the larger task and stayed with the project until it was completed, which we were so appreciative of! His work is excellent, he cleaned up afterwards - we will be returning customers!

Willy is a superstar. The previous homeowners repaired the shower but sold before ever testing it out. There was a leak from the shower into downstairs but I had no idea how to diagnose what the issue was. The plumbing company came out and suggested it was someone else who installed the base and they couldn't repair it. Willy spent the day trying every option to fix the leak before I would have had to turn it into a gut job and start tearing out walls and parts of the roof underneath.
He eventually found the issue and had it fixed that same day for what was an extremely reasonable price, especially when my other options would have run into thousands of dollars. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you Willy. You will be my first call the next time I have any issues that I need help with

The proprietor of this business, Willie, was a true pleasure to work with. He responded to my call within minutes and agreed to come out and review my shower leak that same day. An hour later he was at my door. He diagnosed my problem within 1/2 hour and scheduled a follow up visit the following week. The following week Willie showed up on time, and was done within an hour.
He left the shower and bathroom spotless and didn't do much as leave a footprint in my home. I've waited a few weeks to ensure his work held up and it has help up wonderfully. I could not be more pleased. I'm not one to look for a great price as I really want a great job. Willie showed up on time and performed great work at a very reasonable price. I recommend him highly.

We are sooo happy with the work Willy from Specialized Floorcare has done. He is professional, trustworthy, (leaving him to come and go when we were away) and meticulous. Called him to regrout our tile. Found out is was installed incorrectly and ended up having him put in a wood floor for the kitchen and two bedrooms. Also painted because we didn't have a painter available at the time.
We had a bathroom remodeled and ended up with unforeseen problems which he was able to rectify. We are now planning on having another bathroom reconstructed with a shower (he will be building), floor and closet. Willy and his son re-grouted my tile shower in early June 2021 and did a beautiful job! Willy was professional and responsive from the start, giving me a comprehensive description of the project and a breakdown of the price before the job was scheduled. He worked quickly and skillfully, and he took the time to show us how to apply the sealant ourselves so that we can maintain the condition of the grout. He was always on time and extremely personable. I would highly recommend his services!

I finally decided to have our 42 inches Marble coffee table refinished, It must have been 60 years old and survived many children and grandchildren and their stains. Willy was very impressive with his knowledge of stones but equally impressive is his work ethic. He is outstanding! Willy gave me a quote based on a picture I sent to him. He arrived on time and prepared the area surrounding the table in such a way that after the work was done, there was not one spot on any of the furniture and walls, just a shining table top in the center.
The work was done two days ago from this writing and I know I will get used to this wonderfully finished table, but right now I have been peaking into the living room many times, admiring Willy's work.

We had Willy in to clean and polish the 36 year old marble floor in our foyer and bathroom. Needless to say, there were stains that we thought were there for good. Willy did an outstanding job restoring the glow - the floors are like a mirror! He was prompt, focused and thorough. He is definitely our "go to guy" for marble!

When we purchased our home in Osterville, we were aware of multiple cracks in our marble floors in our foyer and bathroom. Our contractor recommended replacing these floors, but instead I research online and found Wille DeCastro willing to fit us into his schedule in a very timely manner. He was extremely pleasant to work with, repaired the cracks so amazingly well that it is difficult to find where those cracks were.
The polished floors and counter tops look as good as new. He mixed colors to match the marble colors in various areas, and several times repeated the work to obtain the best results. He cared for the quality of his work, and had a great attitude throughout the job. Of the various contractors we have used, he is by far the best. Thanks again, Willy!

"Our fiberglass shower enclosure was in great need of replacement, we contacted Willy from Specialized Floor Care Services of Taunton, MA to assess it and give us an estimate. Willy took a close look at the project and mentioned areas that needed extra attention. We proceeded with his proposal and hired him for the project. We are very pleased with his work and now we have a beautiful comfortable marble shower that we love.
During the demolition, he found some framing issues that he expertly corrected and while he was there, he also replaced our old vanity with a new and modern vanity with a granite vanity top.
