Searched for carpet installation on Yelp. Messaged this company after seeing services offered says "carpet installation." Got a message back "we don't offer just carpet installation."

This company is terrible. We had an appointment confirmed for 2pm. Ben called 20 minutes before our scheduled appointment to tell us the job wasn't big enough and cancel. We had our broker come all the way to the new house and unlock it so we could have this appointment. We provided the specs to the company upon the initial pricing request, Ben had plenty of time to tell us he didn't want to move forward with this project. Ben was incredibly rude over the phone. I have never written a negative review in my life. Don't waste your time with them.

If I could give 10 Stars I would! From the consultation with free quote to the finished product, I was beyond impressed. Ben came out and matched the current floors, asked me a few questions to understand my needs, took measurements, and within a day or so the job started. The contractors were extremely professional and skilled might I add with the work they did.

I even changed my mind at the end of the job to switch to carpet in one of the rooms. Ben came back out too measurements and within a few days, that job was finished. If you are looking for excellent customer service, amazing work, professionalism, and great pricing, Your Floors is the company to choose!

I needed new hardwoods installed in my home in adddition to having my existing floors sanded, stained and sealed. These guys did a really great job, not tHe cheapest quotee but a job that I'm very happy with. My floors look awesome.

I would highly recommend Your Floor to anyone with a flooring project. We worked with Judy to get a quote for refinishing our existing hardwood and also installing new hardwood in 2 previously carpeted bedrooms. We collected quotes from 2 other companies, and Judy's quote was by far the most comprehensive. She was able to give us several options for the new flooring to see the cost difference and also thoroughly explained all the work that was needed.

Your floor was also the most reasonable quote so we were excited to pick Your Floor for our project. The crew that came to the house were very efficient and got us back into our house by the end of the week. We love the final product!

Really happy with the quality of work and customer service provided by Your Floor. I had them install wood flooring on the second level of my house, replace my stairs leading to the second level, and install a banister. Ben and team helped answer all of my questions before undertaking the project and worked with me on scheduling given that I travel a lot for work. The project was completed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them and plan to use them on future projects myself.

We had a great experience with everyone at Your Floor. Judy was great during the initial walkthrough and brought plenty of samples for us to see. Her and Ben both were very responsive and pleasant to work with. Turn around time following the quote was quick. The crew treated our things delicately and are hard workers. We love our floors and new carpet and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.

Overall good expirence with your floor. They are helpful and knowledgable. Our floor is cherry wood and take more effort to get refinished and they did a good job to take care of it. We like the color afterall and glad we chose them.

We researched the top two Yelp-rated companies in our area that installed hardwood floors. Both companies sent out friendly, knowledgeable and honest reps to measure our floors and answer questions. However, we went with Your Floor because they gave a great quote and were willing to work with us on timing and payment. We had them sand and refinish existing hardwood floors and also replace some existing carpeting with hardwood, matching both, and replacing carpeted stairs with hardwood.

We were out of state the week they did the work, so we were anxious to see their work upon our return. We were amazed by the beauty of the floors, and the obvious craftsmanship and pride they took in their work. They fixed some troubling floor squeaks at no extra charge, and returned our furniture to their original locations. No stain where it should not be, no debris left behind--only immaculate floors we will enjoy for many years to come!

Pictures say it all so please look. The work was terrible but what was worse was the way he handled getting it fixed and then denying damage they clearly did. He cancelled three appointments to come out and meet me to view the repair work. Each time I took off work and he cancelled by text less than 30 minutes before each appointment. In the text he said that an emergency came up.

I asked what the emergency was because he had done this three times and then started debating me about when else he had cancelled. Then he said that he didn't need to come because the pictures were enough. Then why make the appointment? Then, you will notice that the kick board to the oven is missing. He said his people told him they put it back.

Clearly they didn't because it's not there. I am subtracting the amount of the new kick board and installation from the final invoice. The floors look okay but not great. He was going to fix them again but now I have furniture moved in and Ben wanted me to sign a waiver of liability because they are not insured for your furniture. I will have an insured, honest company finish the work. Over priced, annoying, and RUDE.

Your Floor just installed a new wood floor in our condo in Decatur, and we could not be more thrilled with it. The crew was efficient. The floor is beautiful. The price was right. However, when I supplied a description and took time to provide photos of the project, they bailed. Thanks for the suggestion, but the staff member used (phone) texting to correspond back and forth with me several times on the job, so yes he did have my contact info and did have the information I sent. I'm sure he just got too busy, and as with all businesses. it just happens as the nature of the business, I suppose. (It's just frustrating as a potential client). Recommended you consider putting admin support in place to offset the time it takes to plan and schedule new clients, or set expectations w/customers from the get go (i.e.: please call our office, or we want the job but will need to start after zxy date, or let's meet after I finish the 6 jobs I already have are completed, and so on). If your staff texts with me, I'm only guessing the person ia comfortable using that method of communication. Thank you.

Your Floor removed carpet, installed beautiful hardwood and sanded my existing floors, then staining all to match. I was very apprehensive about having floors done after reading many many reviews detailing problems and issues with other companies. Ben came out twice to give a quote and answer my questions about the process and stain options- the stain color being a big worry for us.

We picked a date and the crew showed up on time each day, did everything they said they would and did a fantastic job! They moved all the furniture to the garage and back when done-no damage! They pulled some existing flooring at the border of connecting areas and " wove" in new wood so well you cannot tell where the old wood was. They applied samples of different stain colors onto the raw wood so I could have one night to decide on the color I wanted.

The workmanship is great- they made a mitered frame around the base of fireplace and filled in gaps with epoxy- looking grout that looks wonderful. Super happy with the end product and the whole team! They started on a Tuesday and moved the furniture back on that Saturday, job all done. Would use them again and recommend them highly.

"We recently hired Your Floor to refinish our twenty-year old wood floors in preparation for selling our house. This included four things- 1) new replacement hardwood floor in formal living room that was originally carpet, 2) replacement of a few damaged boards; 3) removal of stairs runner and refinishing oak stairs underneath and 4) sanding and refinishing our entire first floor (about 1700 sqft) in a darker stain than the original.

The whole process was handled with great professionalism: Judy came out and looked it all over, measured everything, and gave us a price that we were happy with. Then it was handed over to Ben to handle the logistics and he coordinated it all as we had agreed, including getting the new wood material in our house a week ahead of time so that it could acclimate to the humidity/temp prior to installation.

The head of the install team delivered the wood and at the same time sanded down some of the existing wood and stained it with three different stains in our range so we could make a selection and left a simple checklist with about five things to pick. Then we packed for a week vacation, with the head installers phone number in our cellphone, sent our pets to live elsewhere, and waited for our floors to be made new again.

The first day we received a text that they were on-site and everything was underway, The second day we received a few photos of the new floor installation and the stairs and a message that everything was going normal. No news on the third day and we weren't worried at all. On the afternoon of the fourth day, we received three photos of the refinished floors, notification that they were completed one day ahead of schedule, and instructions to be gentle on the floors (no shoes, etc) for the next few weeks.

I recommend Your Floor with a double thumbs up. And you can rest assured that even if you are out of the house during the process (for us a good thing) that you will be taken care of."

Having just bought a house we were keen to get the floors refinished and new hardwood floors installed before we moved in two weeks later. Ben was able to come out promptly, evaluate the work to be done and provide a detailed quote. We engaged him to do the work and his team started a few days later. We were amazed to find that their 'dustless' system is true to its word and we had virtually no dust from the sanding of all the existing floors.

The team were quick and professional at all times and the foreman on site or Ben kept us up to date on progress and estimated completion times. After sanding the existing floors, different stains were painted on the floor to allow us to select the color we wanted. Once this was done they quickly had the floors stained and the first coats of polyurethane down.

A couple days later they were back for the final coat and polish and the floors look amazing, we could not be more pleased with the result and with the price as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Your Floor to anyone wanting to have new floors installed or existing ones refinished.

I highly recommend Your Floor for hardwood flooring. We have contacted a hand full of companies to consult on hardwood flooring options and get quotes for a renovation project. Ben at Your Floor was extremely helpful in answering our questions and helping guide us to the best choices for our needs. We must have contacted him several times with questions and he was always extremely nice, professional and helpful and got back to us almost immediately every time.

We were also in a time crunch and he was able to cut down the standard time to meet our deadline. And on top of that, the floors are beautiful! They look even better than we expected. We have never regretted so far for working with them.
