We had a few tricky spots (especially a new built-in bookshelf) that I was unsure were going to work out but they did a great job. All in all, great experience

I wish i could have purchased ' Adorable Michael' and had him cloned! Every sales person should be like him. He was so patient and informative. i brought in rugs, which, needed matching and he was expert at helping me out. Went back several times and not once did he treat me like I was a pain in the butt - which I was! I owe him coffee and a sweet roll.

I love these car carpets. Thickness is perfect. I thought carpets will be more in grey color, they are more dark grey, but carpets are good. Looks good in car.

This is the second time I've worked with Olga and Rick. Ny 1st experience was so positive that it never occurred to me to go anywhere else for my own carpet and flooring replacement. Olga knows her merchandise and her customers. She showed me a sample of carpet that was perfect. I didn't waste my time or hers to see what else may have had appeal.

The installers of both the flooring and carpet were efficient and pleasant. Most importantly, Olga told me how to care for each, sent me links to the cleaners, the mop etc. When I had a question, Olga came here to resolve it. I received the utmost support, time, information from both Olga and Rick. Most important, I LOVE my new carpets and my hall/kitchen flooring. I NEVER would have found them without Olga's guidance with input from Rick.

I ordered full option with my own labels and the quality is super but the part for the trunk come without label

Initially friendly and plank installation seemed okay but one of the owners was unresponsive, even rude. The takeaway was, if you're a bigger job you may have a better experience.

I didn't know Just Carpets and Just Remnants were run by the same great people. I do property management so I'm always having to replace carpeting and other flooring. Just Carpets is my go to place. Olga knows her business and is good with making suggestions when decisions get tough. I've been very pleased with the results we get with each project.

Okay, so I ordered a set of mats for my Skoda Fabia from 2014. They arrived within 3 working days to Denmark, so pretty fast. The packaging was also nice. All the mats fits perfectly and they feel like high quality as the original Skoda mats. The only drawback, which also results in 4 stars, is that the mats are not as thick as the originals. The original mats has lastet about 6 years now, but it was only the mat at the drivers side which had a Hole. So, with a warranty of 5 years I am a little conserned about the mats durability. I bought the mats at Just Carpets because they States that their mats was high quality and Better than the originals. But maybe i am wrong, we will see.

I have worked with Rick & Olga at Just Carpets on various projects over a span of ten years, so this review is really way overdue. Not only do they have a fantastic selection of quality carpets, but - contrary to what you may deduct from their name - they also have a great offering of hybrid flooring!

Good quality to a good price. Delivery took some more time than originally expected, 2 weeks instead of 1 week, but I needed them anyway only in about 8 weeks, when my new Tesla 3 will be delivered :-

Olga at Just carpets was very helpful, professional and patient. Making a decision with three other people involved can be tricky, But Olga was very accommodating and patient. They have a great selection of flooring. We had our whole condo carpeted and it turned out fantastic. The installer was knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Just Carpets!

Terrible to work with would not recommend them to anyone I had them come out to look at a job the guy didn't even have money for the parking lot I had to pay out of my pocket for him and never was reimbursed. I had another job with them where we ordered large amounts of floor tile and they screwed up on the measurement made me keep all the leftover tile even though everything was in a box they would not take it back.

I had a really big job where they were estimating it the guy never even got back to me on it kept me hanging for weeks like I said before terrible to work with I would never work with them again they're lucky I'm giving them one star

Perhaps others have had better luck than me but my experience indicates that this site is a total FRAUD. They debited my CC the day of the order and did not send any confirmation of delivery except for the bill. After I contacted them by email, they informed me that the delivery would be 3 weeks late. When I called them again three weeks later, they said the package would be sent out the same day and that I should receive an email with the UPS tracking code and the package within the week.

No email or package all week, and when I contacted them on Thursday, they told me it was sent out yesterday (Wednesday) and sent me a manuel UPS tracking number, . When I went on the UPS website, UPS indicated that the shipping label was created the day of the order (3 weeks earlier) but that the package had not yet reached their center. The company then called me to say that UPS was unable to track the package and did not know where it was.

What a coincidence? I cannot believe that the company han't been lying to me the whole time so I have demanded a full refund. I hope the refund will at least arrive.in the meantime, be warned of this website!

We've now used Just Carpets 3 times for carpet installation in our home and have found them easy to work with, very helpful and professional. My husband had previously used them for several carpeting jobs in a hotel chain in SF where he worked, which is why I tried them for our home. So I'm as happy as a little clam with their carpet selections and helpful service. As an additional comment, I notice someone gave these guys a bad rating for a job on their hardwood floors.well, their name IS Just Carpets! Just sayin'.

Rude, insulting owner and staff. Buyer beware. These people have low integrity and prices are too high for their quality of work. Dare you ask questions and they refuse to answer usual questions. Go elsewhere if you are smart.

If you are interested in hard wood floors you are better off installing them yourself. Don't be mislead by the 5 star reviews on Yelp. Just Carpets has the worst customer service and unprofessional installers. I had some hardwood floors installed a and they are bubbling, with nail holes exposed. Durning the installation I had some concerns about the work and was unable to discuss my concerns because they wood broker at Just Carpets wouldn't answer my calls.

More frustrating he was accepting calls 5 minutes later from the installer who called on his cell phone from my house! Then when it came time for payment he wasn't even there to meet me for the check. No follow up call on completion of the job nor did he attempt to asses the work that was being done under the company name at any time during the project. Horrible experience!

I am disgusted every time I drive past the office. I had to hire a new contractor to come and fix some of the work and I had to fill the nail holes with putty myself! Please fellow Fairfaxians don't get scammed like I did.

Just Carpets is a real find! Great selection and access to premium inventories of carpet and hardwoods. But, what is really, really fabulous is their stellar Customer Service! Rick Stein, his Staff, and Installers are exceptional. They know customer care! We had them install our hand-scraped American Walnut floors, including a long staircase; and, premium grade wall to wall carpets.

He even had a threshold custom made for our contractor, who tiled the bathroom floors! Their customer service rep kept us informed of specific delivery dates; and, the installers were incredibly quick, detailed, and very clean! Take our word, skip the flashy flooring stores; and, don't put yourself through the misery of dealing with the Big Box stores! Visit Just Carpets, even if you are just thinking about flooring. you'll love them!

Just Carpets provided a timely, accurate, clean, and absolutely beautiful carpet replacement for our home. The crew performed their work including the moving of furniture and other equipment in the rooms and returning them afterwards. They performed their work very quickly and left the house clean and ready for immediate occupancy. A great job!
