Express Flooring gave us excellent service from first meet to install. The sales agent was courteous and came back for a second visit in order for us to confirm our choice. When it came to install Juan and his crew were professional and gave exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. They were able to lay most of the carpet in one day. However, knowing that we wanted to paint our stairs before they installed carpet on the stairs they came back the following morning to finish. We love our carpet and appreciate the service we received.

Highly recommend. Everyone we spoke to and came in contact with was awesome! Arturo Lopez and his crew were amazing! They were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I loved the way they payed attention to detail and were open and honest about what to expect. The crew cleaned up after themselves and tried to put the furniture back in an orderly fashion. They even wiped some of it down. I mean, the way they took care of our home was amazing. I highly recommend! Our home looks fabulous

My experience with Express Flooring has been horrible. Their product & services are not at all what they advertise. Their selling tactics are manipulative & deceptive, and Customer Service is the worst. For medical reasons we had to replace the carpeting in our home with a hard surface flooring that would accommodate a wheelchair for my father. The Express Flooring sales Rep/design consultant we spoke to was Cory Hoffman.
After meeting with him and explaining our needs, he recommended we go with luxury vinyl plank flooring assuring us it was high quality, durable, waterproof, and long lasting. I asked him about the 2-sets of curved stairs we had in the sunken dining room, and if they would be an issue. He assured us it would not. I let him know we were wanting next day installation and was told all we needed to do was inform the scheduler of that.
We signed the contract, and everything went downhill from there. When the scheduler called, we were informed that next-day Installation was not available. Then, during install, it was determined they were unable to do the stairs as promised. We ended up getting 6 months of the run around and resolving the problem ourselves by permanently squaring off the stairs for the correct stair nose to fit.
We thought everything was good, until three months later when the floor planks started lifting and peeling. I've brought this to their attention and filed a repair request 3 months ago and am still struggling to get a solution. Upon researching, I found that the flooring they installed does not meet residential wear standards and was of extremely low quality. Trying to speak with someone who can help me is nearly impossible.
My calls & voice messages are ignored. When I do get a call back, I get excuses and the run around. We are now over a year since the contract was signed and still don't have a resolution to this issue.

My entire experience was amazing! The guys came in and installed my bedroom tile floors with such precision and care, making sure we were happy along the way. They moved the furniture and returned it to the exact spot when they were finished. They took care to clean the work area as they proceeded and finished the install meticulously. I can't stop looking at it! Talented would be an understatement. Raymond and his team did an exceptional job!

The floor looks great! We were so excited and pleased that we failed to see the blemishes and they did not point them out to us. I patched up the cracked base board but since we will have our other rooms done, I thought they could nail in two nails/ staples. They did mention finishing the gap underneath the base where the rolling mirror doors roll on.
The height of the carpet was thicker than the tile. It will refute another piece in the corner by the door. I would like them to return to do our other rooms and we would just communicate better. Thank you, John and Deb Ornelas

This February 2020 has been our family's 3rd Great Experience Express Flooring. Tile in 2016, Carpeting in 2019 and carpeting for two bedrooms this year. The quality and process has been exceptional in all 3 installations. The installers have been professions every step of the way. The moved furniture, were polite, were clean and worked very efficiently. I would recommend Express Flooring to all my Friends and the two Installer were two of the best two craftsmen that ever walk into my home.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They promise life time warranty but it will literally take you a life time to get your floor repaired. We got an instillation back in May and it's now December we were still waiting for a call back to schedule someone to come and fix our floor. We had to call for the 8th time to speak to a manager (Justin) to finally put us on schedule.
Today was the day they scheduled repaired and no one showed up. Justin said they'd be here at 9am but then we got a text saying arriving 2pm-4pm. It's past that time and still no show. When you do call to speak to someone they hang up on you or give you attitude as if you're the one that's bothering them. It's been 7 months with the floor and it's already lifting and instead of fixing the baseboards they just stuffed the gaps with caulking.
No sense in paying for "lifetime warranty" when company is unreal able and not professional. The only decent person we spoke to was Gabby. Everyone else, hanging up on customers does not solve problems.

We hired Express Flooring at the suggestion of our Kohler designer who knew "a guy" and could get us a great deal on tile for our bathroom remodel. We chose to do tile in primary bathroom and extra bathroom upstairs. The setter that came didn't cover anything and spilled concrete and grout all over our stairs and left a mess by the outside gate where he mixed. However, that really is not our issue.
The setter broke both toilet valves over-tightening them and reset our primary toilet incorrectly and we woke up the next morning to our living room ceiling having water coming through and all over our downstairs laminate flooring. Thirty plus calls later and nothing has been done. We had to hire mitigation and reconstruction group ourself and are having to pay the deductible to our homeowners insurance.
Yes they will subrogate it. The real problem is that the setter did a horrible job cutting and setting the tile and we have a crack in one of the tiles and it needs to be replaced. And after over 30 calls we can't get anyone out here to fix it even though our contract reads that they "guarantee" the work. This has all happened in the last three weeks.

This company hired a sub-par tile setter and does not even back up their work or damages caused to our house. I am very dissatisfied with the service and quality. We got new floors and baseboards throughout the house in early August and they still are not finished. The corners of the baseboards are a natural wood color while the remaining is white. Some of the baseboards are not sealed. We have a toilet in the master that was not sealed correctly. I've reached out to the sales rep multiple times with no response.
The set completed date was 8/7/21. I've asked for a lead installer to come and see for themselves and I just get the same crew coming back to 'try' and fix what's wrong. There was glue left over the floors. The luxury vinyl was pulled up when they removed the refrigerator and was told they could get a piece to replace it and still no word back. Didn't receive any extra vinyl for situations like those. The floors were not even cleaned after the job was so-called finished. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

We only had our floors roughly 2 months before we notice markings in our so called upgraded floors that won't bend, tear or scratch on the linoleum. Yes they give you a 40 year warranty and 25 year service warranty. but they wanted to charge me roughly $400 to get the flooring repair with "stretching & heat special technique" they're using.
Please keep in mind isn't covered by the "impressive warranty" that they (Express Flooring) provide. Since they stand behind such a great quality flooring why do I have to invest another nickel for repairs with in 2 months. The problem I have with the damage floor in my living room is since COVID-19 my husband and I have not entertained. Not our grandchildren or friends nothing byt 2 seniors. so why is the flooring destroy with out any occupation in that area.
I have contact this company for other issues as well and I am so frustrated I feel like it's senior abuse because the young lady made a big deal not receiving my email or calls for 4 days. Only when I threaten to get a supervisor the person who answered the phone was able to connect me with the customer service representative immediately. this was last week and still my issue is not resolved with this young lady I asked her to call me Wednesday and today is Friday so I call for a supervisor and left a message.
After we have invested 20 + thousands dollars with Express Flooring you think I would get a better service. I made the excuse for this company and stated due to COVID19 they working short staff. And then I start reading the better business complaints. when you read those complaints you better believe that's what you get read in between the lines

I was contacted by a Mgr of Express Flooring because of my 1st review which wasn't favorable. They reached out to make things right. I was very displeased at first however I appreciate the effort to try to Rectify my bad experience! They admitted they aren't perfect & we agreed to spk again in the coming days. I will give them the opportunity to make me feel like a valued customer! Hopefully we can salvage our relationship because I do enjoy my new floors!

So: The first day, I had just dropped my husband at the airport to fly to Baghdad for the next few months, leaving me to handle the floor install with two toddlers running around. The whole reason we chose Express is because they were supposed to make the whole process easy while I'm on my own. I had to call 3 or 4 times just to find out when they were going to show up to start demo the first day.
I would call, they would pull a time out of thin air, it would come and go, and I would have to call again. They kept telling me different times every time I called. Finally the guy showed up. Just ONE guy, to do ALL the demo, because apparently the other guy just never showed up for work. Next day he shows up on time, but destroys the baseboards.
Before he left, he says someone will be here in the morning to start installation. Next day, same thing. I call to get a time, they pull one out of their ass, and it comes and goes, I call again, on and on until the afternoon when they FINALLY tell me they didnt even have me on the schedule. So they were flat out lying to me all day just to get me off the phone.
By now it's Thursday, (started the project on Monday) and it's the same thing again. They told me they would show up first thing in the morning, 8am, so I would have time to take my son to his therapy etc.they didn't show up until 11 o'clock so by then I had to cancel my whole day. Pretty much how it went every morning until they finished.
But in the meantime, they also took the toilet off and refused to reinstall it because they said there was a "leak". So I had to pay $600 for a plumber to come out only to tell me there was no leak, they just never turned off the toilet hose when they disconnected it. Instead they just turned off the water to our entire house without any warning, so the kids and I had to vacate the house for the entire day.
The plumber says they likely just didnt want to do the extra work of reattaching it because it wasn't going to be level with the new floors. And now fighting just trying to get anyone to do anything about the baseboards that they destroyed. They said after they finished install that they had sent in pictures of the damage. They said someone will be out tomorrow (Sunday) to fix them. Sunday comes and goes, turns out they dont even work Sundays. Monday they tell me someone will be out Friday to fix it.
On Friday the guy comes out and says he had no idea the baseboards were completely missing. He said nobody sent in any pictures. So he takes pictures himself. Called the following Monday to find out the status and they still have no idea what's going on. The manager asks ME to send him pictures of the baseboards! Since then it's been blatant avoidance.
I leave voicemails and get no response. This morning someone FINALLY called after I left voicemails every few hours for days on end and I missed it. And of course now it's back to dodging my calls. Oh AND after their installers left, I found that they had been stealing food from my pantry. Rummaging through my kids' tub of pretzels with bare hands during a time when most people won't even shake hands due to COVID. Come to find out, this is a common occurrence with their guys. Do NOT hire this company, they will take your money and run before the job is done.

Update #3 So after all of the reassurance that they would NOT be sending the same guys, guess who shows up at my door? They tried really hard to fix it, but it's not right. He can't fix the fuzzy look of the carpet as it was wore down from constant raking and some areas look discolored. I know that the install was a problem form the beginning and NOTHING they do at this point is going to fix it.
I am now waiting for Sam, the supervisor, another person who needs to look at it. Their QA guy was out on Monday and said it was bad. But apparently we need more people. I am now really starting to see the stories on the BBB page have some merit. This is beyond frustrating. Almost $3k in carpet and my builder grade carpet they ripped out looked better. Update #2 I am waiting for a different carpet installer to come on Friday to fix the seams. It's like this seam or worse on all of the seams.
I will update again, after they fix it Friday. Update: Shows how they don't communicate at EF! I did receive a call back InnFriday afternoon, shortly after I posted this review. Anyways I have already had Travis out and he was taking pictures back to his boss. I am waiting to find out what will be done to fix this situation. Right now I am NOT Happy.

I'm updating this to note that Express Flooring saw this review and contacted me to make things right in the form of a partial refund so that I can take care of the issue myself. I'm not happy that it had to get to this point for me to be contacted by someone at Express, and I'm not happy that I was originally promised something that couldn't be delivered, but I am satisfied with the job overall. I will consider working with Express again on my next flooring project but will consider other options as well.

2/8/20 - Devon at Express Flooring called and scheduled install for my Mom on 2/7. She was very happy with the team that showed up at 9am as planned, moved quickly and professionally and were complete with the install in 4 hours. Horrible experience. Never finished my carpet installation and now just cancelled on me again. 3rd cancellation! They took my money, $8k dollars, but now not coming to finish the job. Manager said I will be made a priority now.now you will make it a priority? So you weren't before? I honestly wish I could just get my money back and go someplace else.
If you want quality good carpet installers do not use Express Flooring. This doesn't even compare to the horrible installer on the day of the job and the sub-par job that he did. Now to have horrible customer service to even just finish the job is what is making this even worse. Note in the pictures the unfinished stairs with carpet nails exposed. Didn't even try to make this safe for my family and have left it this way for over 3 weeks now. Seems are also noticeable everywhere and already coming up. Spend your money wisely folks and do not use Express Flooring!

Express Flooring horrible service. I was promised by Jarod my floor would be started November 6- finished November 8.today 11/27 still not done! Unprofessional, calls not returned, promised return calls never happen. I have posted pictures of holes in the wall, trim broken, Sonos stereo system (bought October 2019) broken, unfinished corners and floors! Do Not Hire Express Flooring they do not keep their promises!

(10/28/19) So. 4 days, 5 phone calls, hung up on twice, 1 missed appointment, 3 emails I was promised that have not been received. And I still haven't even met with them yet. Aching with curiosity of how things will go should my wife and I decide to do business with these people. Will update accordingly. (10/29/19) I caught the company reply this morning. Called as instructed. Asked for Henry as instructed - "to be taken care of right away". Got a voice mail.
Left a message. Been a little while now, no call back yet. In the mean time. I made one single call to Empire. Exactly 4 minutes and 22 seconds later, I had an appointment all set up with an email and text confirmation. Fascinating. Will see if I ever hear back from Henry at Express.

Do not use Express flooring! We just purchased carpet for our home 3 month's ago and now having wear issues with the carpet installed in the master bedroom. At this time we are waiting for a second inspection from a third party company and getting the run around from Express flooring. I've asked for the carpet to be replaced with the same style carpet that was installed in our living room and it falls on deaf ears Customer service is definitely not a priority for Express flooring! Attached is an email I received from Express flooring.
Great customer service? I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I cannot control how the manufacturer runs their business and their processes. Please be aware though, that this is a practice for all flooring manufacturers, so even taking your business elsewhere would not have changed the process used in warranty claims. If I can be of any help during this process, please let me know.

The final email sent to Express Flooring after a back and forth. They have completely lost my trust. Well, you win. I will not have you replace the carpet that was obviously not what we had asked for. Im not pay for the reinstall. Your salesman over promoted the carpet that we purchased and it did not live up to the standards that we were requesting and your salesman described.
I will never uses Express again and we will make sure anyone we know hears my story and guide them away from your company. I'm sure your company will be just fine without me or the people I know. I was obviously too trusting that you salesman was giving us the correct information about the carpet. You did not do your du diligence in the beginning to read my contract to see that I had a lifetime warranty and tried to get out of having to cover this from the beginning. You tried to tell me I had no warranty hoping I didn't have my signed contract.

Just had new floors installed with express flooring. The experience was amazing. Everyone was so helpful professional and friendly. Neil did a great job helping us select the right product. Carlos and Ricardo did an exceptional job with the install. The project went so quick. My house looks amazing and makes me want to come home after work. I would highly recommend express flooring.

We bought a used home in surprise, which carpet was original (2002). We got a quote from Lowe's and express Lowes send the sheep and just measure and say they'll call u with a price Express send the wolves We ended up going with Express after some back and forth on cost I'm giving 3 stars because Carpet and install went well (so far) Demaret for too pushy at meeting And 30 year warranty that Neal constantly kept talking about us a run around, which I assume you will have to jump through hoops to benefit a claim We ended up paying $2000 out the door for around 900sf of carpet Lowe's would have been a cheaper option but not as good of carpet. Neal was the sales guy, a little pushy but seemed knowledgeable about Carpet Install went well, although it took nearly 5 hours I got a quote from express as that's who I believed we used in the past, however it was Empire before and they were good

As a consumer I should be able to voice my experience and opinion and not be afraid to face legal repercussions. I don't look forward to working with this company for a lifetime (they installed my floor and are the only ones who can "guarantee the installation"). As soon as my $10k is paid I will be very particular on when I want something fixed due to installation issues.
I had Express come out to replace some broken and chipped tiles that were installed and they replaced one broken one, one chipped one, and then COLORED IN THE CHIPS ON THE REST! at first sight I thought the repairs were good, but upon closer look they colored the chips in! I'm beside myself with this company! Update for Michael, who left a response; I did not opt into "touch ups" over replacement.
This was never communicated with me, why replace one and not all? I will not let your company back into my home. And the damage to my fridge mentioned In My previous review was referring to new damage that was NOT discussed with your company because the NEW DAMAGE happened after that phone call about the previous, single dent we talked about. You have attempted to call me once since this review so stating I am not returning "calls" is a false statement.
How does tile become damaged in areas no where near walking paths? How can a broom damage a tile floor that your salesman promised is unlikely to get chipped in the first place? Also, how could my husband have said the dents on the fridge have been there for "years" if the fridge was purchased in January? Who's lying now?

I can't give any stars because after meeting for a quote I felt so disrespected I will not do business with Express Flooring. Person was very nice but they apparently use a formula much like a car salesman. First estimate for 3 rooms of vinyl flooring was over $18,000. I was so shocked I started laughing. So he quickly said he could probably yet it to 10,000 with discounts, we were paying cash, first appointment by purchase gets a discount etc.
We laughed. Then he said he would call his boss ( another car salesman strategy) and came back with $6,000. The exact quote I had told him we got from another company. I guess I was supposed to be so excited about the $12,000 discount that I would jump at it. I felt used and disrespected and they wasted my time with a mind game. Makes me wonder what the REAL COST WOULD BE? Also who would pay the $18,000?

I would of giving these liars a zero or no stars if I could, But lets start off with the sales lady(I wont say her name) But she was kind and not pushy. But what I don't like are LIARS and she told my wife and I that all installers are employees of Express Flooring. Which I thought was kinda off a bit. And she also said the job would be done in 2 days at the most.
Well fast forward to 1 April 2019 and it's been since November 16th 2018 and we had to hire other contractors to get the job done that not only I didn't finish, but fix the flooring they screwed up and is coming in-done. That is the over view, now for their little and very lazy actions On the 1st day they said they would be here @ 07:00 well we waited and waited and called just after 8am and the office told us that they just left and would be here from 9-11.well guess what?
A no show again! Then we called a few more times. Then the office tells us they will be here from 12-14:00.well guess what? NO SHOW again! They finally got to our house at 15:39 and they told use because we were so upset. That the office will pit the contractors with the coustomers. Which they did twice. So they only un-loaded material and told us that other contractors would be here the next day.
Which was Saturday morning. Because they had to finish another project in Anthem. So yes you got it! Express flooring sent out guys that they knew couldn't start the project! So a full day wasted that my wife and I took off work for! On the second day, we were told they will be here at 07:00 come hell or high water.well they didn't show up at 7 or 8 or even 9 and after many calls to where they were at? express flooring said they just left the wearhouse and will be here soon.
Well they didn't get here till 10:39! So you all can imagine how upset we were at this point with these liars! Because the installers told us that they asked the company if he could go see his daughters game? And they said yes! But told us that the installers were in the warehouse! ANOTHER LIE! Then the installers were here for ONLY 60 mins one hour and then they left to go eat lunch @ 11:39 and didn't get back till 13:49.
This is not a joke! They really did this and we have 24 cameras all time and date stamped to show anyone this! Keep in mind that I could write 10 pages of the damages and the work not completed about these liars but I'm going to get to where we are now. So the installers never finished the job and ill post some pics, then they didn't put molding in the closet because they thought it would be easier to just caulk it and not run out of molding.
So they ran out of molding and express flooring called and said that the installer would be back the following Tuesday to complete the job at 07:00 sharpe! So my wife and I took yet another day off and waited and waited and waited and they never showed up and completely abandon the job and we had to get other contractors to finish. Now the installers called me once and text me to fraudulently sign the contract saying the job was done.
Which I never did because the job was never done and MORE importantly! They never showed up again. Just so he could get paid. And now Express Flooring is peddling a fraudulently signed contract to the bank! Which I filed a dispute with about the work not being done and all the damages occurred in our house. In closing the company is ONLY now reaching out to finish the job that has already been finished.
Keep in mind it has taken 5 months! To get off their duffs and act like they care. But they sure couldn' Be bothered back in November! They ignored many many many many calls and request to get here and get busy working. But they could care less back then! But now? It's like a 911 lets get moving act! Which is a joke. If you choose this lousy company to do anything for you? Remember you have been warned! And my advise is GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I would give 5 stars but the salesman was too pressuring and the install time that we were led to believe would take place, actually didn't happen until early afternoon and lasted until 7 pm. We decided to go with Express in spite of the high pressuring from the salesman. He did convince me that the darker color would contrast better than a lighter one, and I will have to agree. I'm not entirely sure that we would have gotten a better deal somewhere else, but with being pressured into doing next day install and all of the "discounts" so we decided to go ahead.
The lifetime warranties were impressive to me. Also, the fact that they have been in business here in the Valley for over 20 years and not likely to close up shop next week also was a plus for me. Even though the installers were later than I would have liked, they were very professional and polite. They did a fantastic job as well. They cleaned up after themselves and put all my furniture back the way I wanted. I will probably use them again in the future, but I will be shopping around first to make sure I really am getting the better deal with Express.

While it's easy to blast out a review when we are angry or disappointed, we need to make the same effort to applaud a good experience as well. On Saturday afternoon I had a sales call Scheduled with Express between 3-5. Salesman called to say he was running late, so he got to the house around 5:45. I knew exactly what I wanted so that made the rest of the visit easy.
He didn't try to up-sell or talk me into something I didn't want. I carpeted my family room with a Berber and I did the tear-out of the laminate flooring that was down, so the installers could start with a clean slate. The job came in around $4/sf including tax, etc. Install was scheduled for the following Thursday (yesterday). Express called on Wednesday to let me know the installers would be here between 11-1pm.
On Thursday, the installers called at 12:30 to let me know they were on their way. They were courteous, efficient and even worked around my a/v equipment that couldn't be moved. When they left, the job was super clean and looks great! Thank you Express Flooring!

Had "Express flooring" come in to give us some ideas on our family/living area, well needless to say the gentleman showed up known as "JOHN", when we asked approx. how much this 400 sf would range, he preceded to tell us that it would start at $3000 dollars. OMG...well we politely said goodbye and just wanted to warn everyone that if you want express flooring...make sure you have deep pockets!

The installers were courteous and professional. They removed the old carpet and pad quickly and cleaned the floor surface thoroughly before installing the new carpet. The new carpet was installed beautifully even in the closets. The transition from carpet to hard flooring is smooth without any distortion. The installers also cleaned up any leftover material leaving behind a nice piece of remnant for our use as needed. They even vacuumed the carpets in all three bedrooms. I want to note also the carpets in all three bedrooms were installed with the nap all in the same direction. Thank you.

From our consultation with Rich to the install everything was so easy and everyone we worked with was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. We were able to look at a range of different carpet options for the project in our home and pick the one that looked best with our other floors and our home decor.
