Easily ordered 2 new shades because my shades fell apart when I had them cleaned. They were 21 years old and eaten up by the sun. First shade I ordered representative came to my home and measured and brought the samples that I requested. I knew what I wanted. Choice was no issue. The second shade I ordered over the phone because it was exactly like the first one and I had the measurements from Coit who cleaned my shade which fell apart through no fault of theirs.
Because of the pandemic I waited four months until we were vaccinated before I scheduled installation. Installer came this morning wearing a mask and put up the new hardware and installed the shades quickly. He was in and out and that's the way I like it. He was very nice and even took off his shoes! I'd strongly recommend working with Nest Expressions. Very accommodating and professional.

Nest Expressions is a first rate window treatment and home design store. We have purchased their window treatments for four different rooms. Not only is the product exceptional, but they are so professional and efficient. Their services are not cheap, but you get what you pay for ten times over! Highly recommend!

From start to finish our experience with Nest Expressions was positive. At the showroom we browsed all the options and got to try out how the different blinds operated. At our home visit fabric samples were available to help us find the perfect match for our decor and get our additional questions answered. Installation was professional with no mess left behind. We are very pleased with the final product and their staff. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

We were very pleased with the entire selection and installation process of our window treatments. Our salesman, Troy, was professional, informative, and patient in answering all of our questions. We were impressed with the layout and display of the window treatment options in the sales office. Mike who scheduled our installation was flexible with accommodating my schedule and responsive to my inquiries.
The installers were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable in the product. It's also wonderful to see the immediate positive effect that our new window treatments had in the look of our house. We can't say enough positive things about Nest Expressions and the wonderful products of Hunter Douglas!

I have recently installed wooden blinds in a kitchen and office and colored shades in bedrooms. I worked with Nest Expressions for everything. This company is an absolute pleasure! From the initial consultation at my house with Monica and Janine ( which was scheduled shortly after I visited their beautiful showroom ) to the repeat visit by Monica so I could order more product to the scheduling of the installation by Mike and the actual two installations, everything went smoothly.
All of the people working for this company are true professionals. Just as importantly, the window trim is lovely and looks great in all of the areas! Monica and Janine were so knowledgeable about helping me to pick the correct window trim for every one of my spaces. I couldn't recommend this company more highly, and I have worked with many different vendors during a long house renovation. I would and will use this company again ( since I have a few more spaces to finish).
