F&F Floor Covering

I have used F&F for two flooring job. The most recent was for whole house LVP. I felt that their pricing was fair an in line with or better than most competitors. The product I selected was fairly new and very high end. It seemed that the installers did not have a lot of experience in installing this product and had several issues. There were a lot of delays, problems, and more disruption that I thought were necessary. In the end F&F made everything right and we love the end results. If it weren't for the installation problems they would definitely rate 5 stars.

Don't waste your money here! The prices they try to charge people is absolutely ridiculous. They also tried to lie and tell me they can't find the flooring I wanted just so that they can sell me some of theirs. They wanted to charge me $14,000 after applying a discount for a job that cost me $3,000 to do myself. This means they think their labor is worth $11,000 to install less than 1400sqft of laminate flooring which snaps in like puzzle pieces. Nice try but no thank you! I feel bad for the people who don't know any better and who will pay that.

The staff in the show room were very friendly, and helpful especially Stacy, and the installers that installed flooring, wall tile, and carpet were very helpful, courteous, and were very creative with the wall tile designing. Very reasonable prices and a huge selection of QUALITY products. Installation is handled by F&F. You're not subbed out to some cracked out team that has no affiliation with F&F and when you have a concern about something, it's handled.

If you want an excellent quality flooring at competitive pricing with customer service that makes you feel like you actually matter, give them a call. Compare prices and quality of you'd like to be certain, just be careful because big box stores like Flowes and Flome Depot will get you in the end and you'll see. I worked with Pam, such a big help. Love our carpet, Installers did a great job. Will be back next year when we put in wood floor on other parts of the house, thanks again F & F Flooring.

My husband and I purchased a new home in September. The flooring in my new house needed to be updated and repaired We thought about pulling up the engineered hardwood to get rid of the squeaking, but that was too expensive. We received a few quotes and a lot of foolishness along with those quotes. We chose F and F flooring because they were honest, fair in price and Ms. Pam was so patient with me.

I like to take my time and do my research. We came up with a solution to the squeaking, that fit our budget and this left some money on the table for our other flooring needs. The new vinyl plank flooring looks amazing! We had it installed this morning and it is beautiful. The F and F flooring crew was on time, professional, and installed our new floor perfectly.

My husband and I watched the whole process and they didn't mind. They screwed done the existing floor to secure it to the joints and this got rid of the squeaking. They put the vinyl floor on top of the existing floor and you can't even tell. The team paid close attention to detail cuts, transition pieces, door ways and molding. They cleaned up so good, it was like they were never here, except for the floor. I am posting this detailed review because I can't believe any consumer would have a negative experience with this company. We will most surely be using them again!

Pam was attentive to my flooring needs, the price was reasonable, and the installers were on time and did an awesome job! I'm relocating to a larger facility and will be using their service again.

The people in the office are great helpful. And thats as far as the good gets. Who ever installs needs to find something else to do. First time around wrong carpet was installed which didnt matter much because they did a horrible job and didnt even cut the carpet to the correct sizes. They were willing to make things right though so second time around things were better with the correct carpet installed.

Besides the fact they took it upon them selves to try and clean up the mess from the install and almost ruined our vaccume it was literally packed with carpet and had to be completely dis assembled to remove it all. It still doesnt work the way it should Now the final problem after walking on the carpet for several months its now obvious there are very noticeable places where there is NO PADDING under the carpet. Edit: have since found even more places missing padding.

Beginning was good, but.3 years later carpet in the closet pulling up, hallway and master bedroom looks like it is 20 years old. When we asked about the warranty! We were told the warranty is voided if not professionally cleaned every 6 months? Looked at all the paperwork never saw that noted or was it explained to us! Very disappointed not so "Blessed" with this carpet.

We are so pleased with our flooring and the whole process that was provided to our family and the care taken. We love our floors and will be happy to show them off to anyone who wants to see first hand the services that were provided to us.

I thought it was going to be a nightmare with all that we had in our home. We could not be more pleased with our flooring and how they put our home back in place.
