The folks behind the counter and in receiving were super nice- I needed to select some tile for an exterior waterproof project and they directed me to the aisles- I was back checking out at the register within 15 minutes. The sales associate also went out of his way to track down the shipper and I was loaded and out the lot within 30 minutes. My previous experience involved wood flooring and I had the same great experience. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely be back. Great selection and inventory. We'll done gentlemen!

I first reached out to the Flooring Factory over a month ago to inquire about purchasing flooring from Urban Floor. I was fortunate to reach Enrique, who has since helped me every step of the way. Enrique has been incredibly honest, and has been straightforward about the ins-and-outs of flooring, stair noses, pricing, etc. This information has been extremely helpful for me in figuring out which flooring is right for my house.

Just elated! Martin was awesome! I inquired about a floor that I was told was impossible to get now and would have to wait some months. I sent an email out to The Flooring Factory and the next morning recieved a reply they had it. it took 9 days total from Martin ordering up to the time of delivery. The days leading up to delivery Martin kept me informed. Just a great and easy experience! My new go to flooring company! :-

First of all I'll start by saying that they have my dream flooring and no one else had the exact thing that was looking for they did, that's for starters. My first flooring was laid by a company that I had to my kitchen work, I wanted to do that flooring over my entire house because I love it so much but I'm doing DIY with the help of a few friends with everything else.

So I call them first person I spoke to was an amazing person name Enrique, she was so pleasant and so helpful it made me feel comfortable to go ahead and think I can accomplish this task. He been connected me to the person named Martin that would hit a home run for me and help me with my measurement amount in my cost and what I needed to be successful and laying my child like the boards and to go on the edges and all that stuff I don't even know what it's called he knew that I was talking about and helped me right away.

I was a little bit nervous about doing the step by myself I probably call both of them a million times they were more pleasant at every call the pickup was a cinch for my contractor or should I say DIY assistant he said it was a drug pleasant so from the beginning to the end the flooring company, their product, their customer service, their assistance when your little bit unsure, is spot on.

I will be using them for the rest of my house in any other flooring project that I might even have outdoors I'll check and see if they have the products I need first great company great people I'll be referring them to my friends and family thanks guys

My fiancee and I recently purchased a new home and decided to swap out carpeting for vinyl plank flooring. Out of all of the interactions that come along with purchasing a new home (sales offices, real estate agents, loan officers, inspections, walkthroughs, design centers, etc.), we hands-down had the best customer experience at The Flooring Factory.

We primarily worked with Martin throughout our purchase. From the get-go, Martin made us feel like he had our best interests at heart. In addition to being very knowledgeable about his store's products, Martin was proactive in letting us know about extra savings that kicked in if we were to certain supply levels as well as keeping us informed about installation services available through The Flooring Factory.

To clarify, he did so in a non-pressure type of approach. As we progressed from the research phase to the purchase phase, Martin made sure to follow up with us in a timely manner so that we could meet our installation timeline. Even as our private contractor encountered installation hiccups, Martin happily provided consultation on how we could source our additional materials. Overall, we felt Martin and his team went above and beyond in service and would definitely recommend visiting this store if you're in the market for new flooring materials.

All of the associates here were so helpful and I was able to get my perfect flooring for my first home instantly. I can't thank them enough for making the experience so easy. Tony and Enrique were extremely patient and knowledgeable about their products and ensuring we were satisfied with our purchase and overall experience. Definitely will be back! Thank you guys!

Went in there to just get some tile for my bathroom and came out with a really nice vanity at a great price. Thanks to Enrique, he helped me choose the right vanity and answered every question I had. Would highly recommend.

Great pricing, great product. I'll go there again. Only issue I have is they won't give you a full plank to take home as sample. Hard to pick based on a 10 cut of floor. But great experience other wise.

Not a big selection for floor tile and no one on the floor helping. Only 1 person at the desk and they were very friendly but not helpful in selections.

Each time they made themselves available for question or left me to browse. Every visit was actually fun. The products are all high quality. I purchased vanities and flooring. I bought Tecsun Eagle Island vinyl plank. It was installed by a contractor of my choosing who picked it up at Tecsun in Industry. It is stunning. They were easy to deal with and the price was the best. Martin C was the best.

I have to say, time and again, this place, it's options and the employees, never disappoint. I'm so happy with the experience I have had while remodeling my home, the quality of the product I have purchased and have installed and the level of customer service I continue to receive. Rodger has gone above and beyond and now is working to help my mom out as well. couldn't be happier. Highly recommend! Flooring, bathroom, kitchen, everything I wanted in one place for unbeatable pricing.

So like others hear sales teams leaves much to be desired. Called a few times and every time said please hold and immediately went to music on hold. Waited 8 min and 14 min, not sure why. Tried again and got Someone named Noe. Told him what I needed price on and he said ok let me get it - puts me on hold a few mins then hangs up! Maybe ok if you go in but if ownership is ok with their teams handling of calls, then proceed with caution. Never got my price. I only need 5000 square foot home redone, moving on. Maybe a great price but guess it doesn't matter if you can't get it.

This place is great. Large showroom with lots of tile, stone, and other flooring samples on display. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I've been here many times and I'll be back again for my next renovation project.

Took me awhile to complete this review - But this place - especially the Manager Roger - was involved in one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. My wife shopped at the store with her friend and her son as they were looking at some flooring also. Spoke with a gal - who took my wife's order and set up an install. When the workers came to install, there was a problem with the order.

Now this gal - whose name escapes me so she's lucky I guess - argues with my wife on the phone about the order, saying "I told your son." Excuse me Miss Sunshine - that was my friend's college age son.why are you confusing me with their order? Two installers listened in on the speaker phone conversation seemed embarrassed that a customer was being talked to that way, and attempted (successfully) to help the situation.

On to Roger - who two days later called my wife with me listening on speaker and basically threatened us for final payment. We had leftover materials that we needed to return. Roger was very rude and insistent, constantly steering the conversation away from his rude female worker to the "You better pay or else" attitude. I told him I would be at the store the following day at 1:00 pm to personally speak with him, return the materials and discuss his female worker.

I entered the next day at 12:55 pm - and spoke with a young man at the counter - who would deal with final materials return/payment. Roger wasn't there - he was "out on a job".when the worker finally got in touch with Roger on the phone - stating that he had an appointment with me, he told the worker that he's "not coming in"- Complete chicken sh!t move.

We set up an appointment, and you need to go "on a job" to supervise? Then tell your guy at 1:40 pm (because he called you three times before he finally got in touch with you) that you weren't coming in? Also - at 1:35 pm - in walked that gal with the remnants of her lunch break. Funny how you knew I was coming in at 1:00 pm - so she goes off to lunch - maybe not to confront me and hear about her total unprofessional behavior towards my wife on the phone?

To sum up: The installers were amazing. Roger and the gal were horrid - and the young man at the front handled the situation as best he could. If there is a higher up person than "Manager" Roger - I would speak to them. Roger & that woman are woefully unprepared to handle inquires and problem solving techniques. Also - we've had several families complement us on our floors - they do look great - and when they asked where we bought it.we did not recommend this place.and never will.

Make sure you go here and ask for Tony! He helped me with all my questions and not only can you get bathroom cabinets but also the tops with sinks ready to go in 5 days. However, I decided to take a set off the floor! Honestly I never thought that was possible until visiting this amazing place.

Company has a stated 10 day no return or exchange policy so make sure you get the correct product when you pick up your order. I did get a call from the manager and we did come to a resolution.

Huge selections of waterproof laminate flooring, vinyl flooring, hardwoods, molding, bathroom vanities, fixtures, backsplashes, tiles, granite and quartz countertops, sinks. Pretty much anything you need for a new or remodel. They have a huge inventory so most of what you need you get the same day. Pricing is inexpensive and the staff are very professional and knowledgeable.

We have dogs and after years of them having “accidents” on Our hardwood flooring it finally became on cleanable and held the stench. Thankfully we found flooring factory and they put in a completely waterproof wood flooring! I am obsessed.

I came to this store hoping to find water resistant flooring. The person at the front desk (Tony) was so nice and patient while I decided what flooring was best for my home and he was very thorough when answering my questions. This place has a variety of flooring and would highly recommend this store to be visited prior to searching for flooring elsewhere. AND a lot of their nice flooring is available for pickup right away which was so exciting!

This Labor Day the sale of Flooring started today until Monday I was so pleased with the quality of flooring and after shopping for tile and different locations found bathroom tile from Italy at a close out price. As soon as I walked into the store the employee of the name of Roger, performed fantastic customer skills explained what materials was needed to put down the tile on a wood surface. I am totally content with The Flooring Factory in Oxnard, CA

We have 3 dogs and 2 cats and for the obvious reasons we really needed to get rid of our carpets and replace them with either tile and Laminate. Found the flooring factory on google and went to their warehouse with the wife and very quickly were able to find what we were looking for. The change from carpet to laminate was the best option. And choosing the flooring factory to purchase the flooring was even a better option for us to do. Many thanks to them for their great price and amazing customer service!

I wish I knew about these guys 6 years ago when I replaced my other home's hardwood floors. The flooring factory is just phenomenally great. They're honest, great customer service, huge warehouse, a vast variety of options, amazing prices, great installers etc. In all honesty it's a crime to go anywhere else. These guys rocked my flooring. I own an old house and never ever did I ever think that changing the carpet to laminate can change the look of the house so tremendously.

I am thankful for having listened to their sales rep and taken his advise on the type of flooring change and style. It changed the whole look of the house and I am loving it so much. The Flooring Factory has made my life so much simpler. They are very easy to work with and understand the meaning of customer satisfaction. So many companies out there don't have a clue on how to appease customers in the service department, so it was an immediate good first impression that they knew how to. The flooring I picked was installed within a week of choosing it.

As a first time floor shopper I was told to visit the flooring factory from a friend when I first walked in I was overwhelmed by the size and selection of all the tile wood and back splash material. I was greeted by Cameron instantly to help me threw the process of determining my wants and needs. he was very knowledgeable and patient as to what I wanted in flooring we found the perfect tile and it came out amazing thanks to the guys there. Imagine placing a whole house order and when the flooring arrives you realize it's the wrong color and doesn't work in the space. Josh was amazing tonight. He had a smile on his face the whole time. He told us not to worry, told us it's a big expense and wants us to be happy, worked swiftly to find us in-stock replacement flooring to meet our contractor's deadline, and said there was no problem with swapping us out. We walked out feeling so relieved!

They have a pretty large selection, prices are much better than everywhere else that we shopped. We needed a large store like them in Oxnard.

My in-laws recently bought an old house and they had to remodel the whole house. The house had a very old and filthy carpet. After finishing the exact type of flooring they needed at the flooring factory at such unbelievably cheap price, they had their old carpets replaced by their new laminate flooring. I couldn’t believe how beautiful it turned out with so little money they paid the flooring factory to do from A-Z. We definitely recommend them to everyone who may need flooring.

I have known these guys for many years, through several jobs they've done for my homes.
