Behind our outdoor kitchen. We found it at Floorz so ordered a couple of samples. Unfortunately, since this particular tile has many variations, we couldn't make a decision with just two pieces. Thankfully, the owner agreed to send us an entire box to determine if this would work. During these uncertain times, this act of special customer service was surprising and so appreciated. My experience with Floorzz was great. They were one of only a few suppliers for the product I was looking for and the prices were the best. Since the items weren't in stock, I had several email exchanges with their customer service and they were really responsive. I ended up finding the items at a local vendor so I canceled my order. No hassles whatsoever and they were gracious about it.

It didn't feel like a big, impersonal business - I was interacting with real people who seem to care. All in all, a lovely experience. I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

We replaced floors in our home in 2018 and used a local installer to order and install unfortunately they could no longer source the LM Flooring we choose so we were lucky to source it from Floorzz online. Quoting was quick and they were responsive with questions. No additional freight charges and they were clear on delivery process.

Just a quick shout out to you and your company. Both times I purchased from you everything was handled perfectly. Honestly when my contractor failed and ruined a section of my floor I thought it would be faster and cheaper to find it locally instead of contacting you. After I called around to my local flooring retailers and got estimates I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask y'all.

Beyond Impressive. It's how companies handle problems that really sets them apart and tells you everything. Daltile made an error by shipping us the wrong tile. The staff at Floorzz were extremely responsive, contacting the factory directly, and managed every step of the process ensuring we received the correct tile. All interactions were very timely, quite courteous, and thorough. I've built custom homes and dealt with all kinds of trades and suppliers and Floorzz has been the best experience. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for tile, no need to look any further. Crissie at Floorzz was extremely helpful in finding my tile choice at a reasonable cost and searching for a low delivery fee as well. We are in the midst of a home remodel that has proven to test your patience at times relating to ordering and having supplies shipped. Floorzz should be your first choice for tile. Crissie was fantastic! When I placed my original order from the Floor website, Crissie reached out and stated that that particular brand/manufacturer is currently not producing products at this time. She recommended another similar tile option (better price) so we decided to go with that. We love it! Looks great and delivery was very quick (less than a week). My wife and I bought some penny rounds. No one seemed to have it in stock, including Floorzz. It didn't seem like we were going to be able to get it in time but Jamie worked with the manufacturer to locate just enough and have it directly shipped to us. Great customer service and communication.

I was blown away by their OUTSTANDING customer service! Crissie was awesome, the prices were great, and they were even able to provide items I couldn't find on their Website. I just asked if they could also get other items I had seen (including unique wall tile, floor tile, and grout) and they were able to ship them all to me at rock-bottom prices. (They were able to provide EVERYTHING I was looking for!) Even when I had to change shipping addresses at the last minute, Crissie got on the phone with FedEx dispatch and the truck came right where I needed, when I needed. Better customer service than I've seen anywhere!

Floorz has the BEST customer service! We have bought tons of floor and wall tile here as well as the grout to go with it. Their prices are the lowest anywhere, but even more, their PERSONAL TOUCH customer service is OUTSTANDING! Crissie was excellent, making sure everything was perfect with our order. When we realized we had forgotten another tile we needed, she added it to the order with no issues.

When we had to change the shipping address at the last minute, she called the FedEx dispatch and got the truck sent to the place we needed. Floorz is the BEST place for tile. Also, if you can't find what you want on their Website, just ask. They can probably get it for you.at the lowest price anywhere.and with the best service anywhere.

I HIGHLY recommend using Floorzz! We were going to order our shower tile from a chain store in our area, but after a quick google search, we found that Floorzz had a more competitive price AND that it was a small business with great reviews. FedEx ended up damaging a couple boxes of tile, but with documentation upon delivery, Crissie at Floorzz was able to resolve the problem without a hitch.

What do Kellogg's Frosted Flakes and these guys have in common?! THEY'RE GGGGGGREAT! No really, they answer the phone and you can talk to an native English speaker who walks you through everything including that they provide some upgraded items for no extra charge. I don't expect I'll need flooring again in the near future, but I'll certainly refer all my friends to them.

When I sent a picture they suggested I do an accent wall in a beautiful wood flooring they have. It really was an amazing idea an looks beautiful. Thank you guys again. I love you!
