Love Design House! Our project manager was Jeff McCollum - he is very experienced, great follow thru and treats your project as if it's his own. Communicated with me about everything! Kelsey Adams was our designer and she has great ideas and a great "eye" for what will look awesome in any area. We love how both the bathroom and kitchen turned out! Definitely a one stop shop - no need to play GC yourself. Highly recommend them!

Very helpful and kept me informed. The tile tech did a great job and cleaned up after the job was finished. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Design House.

The Design House did flooring and designed a structure to enclose my patio. They are great at what they do and I will refer them for and will use them for all my remodeling needs!

We hired them about a year ago and held off the review. They did our tile in the bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, fireplace. Along with doing the whole fireplace we also did all new carpet, backsplash. Would hire them again, they are quick to resolve any issues before, during, and after the projects along with correcting any bad spots after installing.

Have not engaged in project yet because of Covet surge. This company was most helpful and professional in giving us a bid to do the work. When we start the project, it will be with Design House.

B experience using The Design House as a contractor for master bathroom, guest bathroom remodel- 3 month project 1. Professionalism is lacking from employees, not business overall. 2. Communication is hectic and confusing; employee roles are not firmly established and customer receives information from multiple employees that is not consistently alined. 3.

Design experience is open to your ideas, not pushy with expensive products and positive with the right designer- Terri Lukic 4. Products are quality. You can spend as much or as little as you set your budget. 5. Contractors are 50/50 in their ability and experience. There are some that hold high expectations for their employees and other that do not and will repeatedly show sub-par work.

Please support small businesses. This was our mindset going into interviews for contractors. However, ask the tough questions, look at reviews, and do not feel you are being the "hard customer" when work is not done to your satisfaction. All business have room for growth. The Design House is continuing to grow and we hope honest reviews such as ours will be considered when a business is seeking to truly improve.

We have worked with the Design House for multiple projects over the years. We have been pleased with the finished product and would recommend their service for your projects big or small.

Design House and their staff are top notch. They renovated both bathrooms and took out two walls in the kitchen to make us have an open concept. It is amazing! We love all of it. We removed our garden tub to make a large shower with a bench.it is fabulous. I wish we would have done it years ago. Terri was our designer and she is the sweetest with great ideas.many I had not thought of. I would highly recommend her and Cindy. Lauren kept the schedule going. I appreciated her too. We would definitely use them again.

We had our master bath completely rebuilt and our kitchen remodeled. Kelsey was the designer we worked with. She was so helpful with the process of choosing the material. My wife and I both we're unsure about what to get and Kelsey helped to steer us without forcing her opinions. She listened and made great suggestions. This was the first remodel we had ever done and we were told by friends to expect multiple change orders and delays, we experienced none of that. We could not have asked for a smoother more professional execution. Kelsey's timeline was to the day. We can't recommend The Design House and Kelsey enough.

Sadly I trusted this company for a bathroon remodel. When you see the contractors wanting to do things the correct way and sales person wanting it different you end up with a mess. Shower doesn't drain correctly, ripples in paint, small holes not filled in before paint. A big mistake was to pay in full before job was completed. I will not refer or use this conpany ever again.

Our church has used The Design House twice now, and we have been very pleased. They have competitive pricing and products & are efficient when it comes to installation. Thank you Cindy and staff for doing a great job with both our carpet and our vinyl flooring.

We love our new floors! Rachel was very helpful and easy to work with. We were so amazed that the installation crew completed the whole house in less than two days! They were very professional and efficient. We visited a lot of flooring places in the Dallas and were quoted some ridiculous prices and installation times! We were so glad to find Carpets Plus and support a local business.

They also have a great selection of brands to choose from, unlike other places which only offer a few choices. Our new vinyl plank floors have been great and our new puppy is a fan!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Carpet Plus and our designer Cindy. We remodeled our master bath and it was just completed yesterday. Every aspect from the consultation, to timetable, materials selection, installation and customer service were TOP NOTCH! Not only did Cindy manage the project from start to finish, she insured we were aware and kept in the loop on every step.

The expertise and superb craftsmanship of our cabinet maker, tile installation team, plumbers and electricians were second to NONE! They provided a realistic time table, then underpromised and over delivered, completing our remodel in under the quoted time. AMAZING! My husband and I built our home in 1996. Our home, upstairs and downstairs, greatly needed updating, but we also wanted to create a totally new downstairs. We had general ideas of moving walls, changing room entrances, adding a built-in entertainment center - MAJOR renovations. I was totally overwhelmed on how to begin planning, until Cindy at Carpets Plus consulted with us.

She immediately had creative suggestions and got the ball rolling quickly. Cindy coordinated everything in a timely manner, kept the cost down as much as possible, produced top quality renovations, and became our friend in the process. Our home is lovely and exactly what we tried to convey. We feel so blessed to have had Carpets Plus and Cindy bring our dream home to reality.

We recently had our kitchen completely remodeled by Carpets Plus. I have never experienced a smoother project. Everything, from the start to finish was as promised. The salesperson we dealt with was Cindy, and she is good. She helped us decide, and pointed us away from things we might later regret. The end product was an awesome kitchen/breakfast nook.

The installers were very polite, and professional. They cleaned up everyday, and took the time to answer questions along the way. We are in the process of deciding to replace all of our carpet. We had such a great experience with Carpets Plus. It goes without saying that they will be the ones doing any work for us in the future./ update : We just did a complete home remodel with Cindy at carpets plus and everything went perfectly smooth. From start to finish, we couldn't have asked for a more professional and smooth experience.

From sales to operations to customer service - Tim, Becca, Juan and Cindy were outstanding! No high pressure sales - outstanding price - showed up right when they promised - best carpeting experience ever! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We have had two major remodels on our 25 year old house in the past three years, both done by Carpets Plus, both sold to us by Cindy Platt. First were granite counter tops throughout our kitchen, then earlier this year, in prepping our house for sale, we had Carpets Plus re-carpet our loft and upstairs bedrooms. I think anytime a customer returns several years later to the same company for a pretty major outlay of cash, it's a good sign they were treated well the first time around.

Both jobs looked great! We are now selling that house and moving into a new one, but not before Carpets Plus puts down 625 feet of wood flooring for us. By the time this third call for a remodel came alone, we had the drill down pat. We made one call to Cindy, told her the location and what we wanted, and except for picking out the pattern, she has taken care of everything else. Carpets Plus even worked with us on the budget we set to insure we got the best product for money spent.

We have only been to the store location twice, and their granite storage facility once. All the rest of our communications have been with Cindy. We like that. A one stop shop. We already are planning our next remodel job and it's a tiny one in comparison to what they've done for us in the past. That won't matter to them. Cindy already told us to call her when that time comes around. We will!

We used Carpets Plus twice.once to install floors at our home for sale and the other when we moved into our new home. The floors helped sell the old home sell in less than a week.almost made us want to stay. But it only got better. Cindy helped us with the design of the upgrades in our newly purchased home. She helped with colors and styling and then installation turned out fantastic! It would be hard to use anyone else to make home improvements because we were so happy with both of our previous experiences!

Our experience with Carpets Plus was outstanding. Cindy and her colleagues did everything they said they would do. The restoration of our shower and new carpet installation was done professionally and according to the schedule proposed. All the craftsmen who came to our home were courteous and very good at what they did. We were very pleased with the results and would recommend Carpets Plus to our friends and others.

What a wonderful company to do business with. My total kitchen remodel and floors in my 3 bathrooms are gorgeous thanks to Susan Liebler. Ramiro was fantastic following up with the work in progress. Hector did an incredible job with the stone floors. I can't tell you how thrilled I am about my new kitchen and floors. I would highly recommend Carpets Plus to all my friends and family!

Great company! Used them for granite in my new kitchen and everything was done perfectly. Going to have them back for new flooring soon. Great experience from beginning to end and everyone throughout the whole process was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend this company!

I told the designer what I wanted in my new bathroom and she guided me through my choices and made an overwhelming problem (for me) simple. I choose the marble for the counter tops, porcelain tile for the shower, accent trim and vinyl plank in the store. I went to a plumbing supply store to check out fixtures and bathtubs and gave the designer my choices.

At this point she was able to give me an accurate estimate for the work. I choose a start date and everything was on site before any demo started. I was given a schedule on what work would be done on which day. Everything was scheduled for one trade to follow another with no wasted time. My designer was available for questions at any time and was responsive and came to the house several times to check on progress.

Everything went as planned and I have a beautiful new bathroom. The colors are simple and elegant. I am hopeless at visualizing the big picture, but I trusted the designer and she really nailed it

We did a whole house "update" two years ago this summer using Carpet's Plus. The project involved total painting of the interior, carpet upstairs, kitchen and bath countertops, new faucets, backsplashes, entry porch tile, french doors, installation of new appliances and sinks, and several glass cabinet doors. Since the project had many overlapping layers we were delighted to have Cindy from Carpet's Plus assigned to coordinate the entire remodel.

The budget and timeline she played out for us was accurate. She paid attention to the details and was on site almost daily. We felt that she cared as much for our remodel as if it were her own home. Her design expertise is flawless! Our experience was wonderful and we will use Carpet's Plus again for future remodeling needs.

I have used Carpets Plus for two projects - bathroom and kitchen. I have to say that Susan Leibler designed my dream kitchen! She was so professional and friendly throughout the entire project. Susan was very adept at managing crew scheduling, interfacing with suppliers and keeping communication lines open from first to last. Several unforeseen complications cropped up during the project and Susan stepped up and managed to turn "lemons into lemonade"!

She has continued to keep in touch even after completion to acknowledge my special requests and questions as I begin using the kitchen I have been wanting for 30 years! I highly recommend Carpets Plus and Susan for anyone interested in improving their home. The showroom is quite conducive to making choices and creating beautiful designs for any home.

We applaud Susan Liebler for being attentive to detail and working closely with us throughout the selection process. Our project was of decent size and required flooring, kitchen overhaul, bathroom overhaul, and media room creation. The not so pleasant twist on this review is in a turn of events we decided to go with a new build. Susan was as professional with receiving this news as she was through the complete process of selecting all the items we needed for our remodel.

I have coordinated projects for many years and while we did not complete the process with Susan, I highly recommend her. If the time we spent with her through the first part of the selection process was any reflection of what was to come, I know it would have been a pleasure to continue working with her vision of determination, commitment, and dedication towards delivering a product we would have been extremely happy with. We used Carpet Plus for getting our home ready for sale. We were so impressed with Cindy and her ideas, that we asked her to assist us with flooring in our new home. Currently we are looking for ideas to update our kitchen and Master Bath. Again Cindy came in with great ideas.

I came in with a sample of carpet from my living room. I wanted to match it. Susan was able to help me very quickly. She also went over the selections of granite. I came in the next day with a cabinet door and tile sample from my kitchen. Susan provided me with several samples to take home to decide on. She came later that week to measure for the carpet and counter tops.

She provided me a reasonably comparable quote for both. We scheduled the installation. Granite installers came and did the templates for the counter tops. Later that next week, Susan called about the granite I chose. They did not have enough for the project. She invited me to see the current inventory with the appropriate amount. I found a better one and she honored the previous quote. Susan scheduled the projects on consecutive days.

They did the granite first. The guys that came kept a close eye on minimizing damage to the cabinets and walls. They did a great job and completed the job the same day. The next day was the carpet installation. I would have to say the installers were quick and very professional. I am very impressed with the quality of work and the level of detail and customer service. Thank you Susan and installers there at CARPETS PLUS Flooring, Design and Renovation in Denton Texas.

We just had this company completely remodel our master bath. All I can say is WOW! What great job they did. From the design service that Cindy provided to the scheduling to the finished granite and tile work, we can't wait to use our new space!

We've recently done a complete home remodeling project. Thanks to the great tile flooring services/products of Carpets Plus Design Flooring, our job was accomplished on time and with white glove service. Our bath tile is gorgeous, the carpet feels and looks great, and the wood foyer is the first beautiful area our visitors see as they enter our home.
