Overall I had a great experience with the Elephant flooring team. Daniel responded to the call, took measurements the same day we called, and gave us a very reasonable quote the next morning. He is a true subject expert and gave us a lot of excellent advice about installation and process. The team came on Monday next week, right in time. They gave us a call before they came. George was the main contractor installing the floor, and he was just amazing.

Great communication, fast, and clean. Daniel gave us a call at the end of the day and ask if we had any questions. We will definitely come back to the Elephant flooring team for our next kitchen project. Thank you

Wonderful experience. Daniil and Camille were amazing to work with. I sent Daniil a photo of the floor I was trying to match and he dropped off a sample of the vinyl product he recommended. I loved it and we scheduled the work. The workers were very polite and did a great job. I will use them again!

Our new home has Brazilian cherry throughout the house, with 8 years of neglected care so I decided to refinish before moving in. This is a gating item to the move so speed is important. Daniil responded to my quote request the same day, with the measurements and quote ready the very next day. He gave honest and fair assessments, answered all our (numerous) questions, and did not push more work than necessary to make sure the results look good.

His team was ready to roll the very next Monday. Francisco did amazing work reinvigorating the floors, and all the gaps between had been neatly finished. After the baseboards were recaulked and painted, the floors look as good as new. Overall the 2 floors and 800 sqft were neatly finished in about 5 days, including sanding, gap filling, 3 coats of finish, painting and touching up baseboards. Elephant floors were professional, courteous, and delivered high quality work quickly. I would definitely recommend them for future projects.

Daniil & team did a wonderful job. They completed the work in a week like promised. 1650 sq feet installation including stepping up in our living room. We installed Medieval flooring SPC/LVP at our new place and Daniil took care of everything from ordering to delivering the material. There was a minor issue that we noticed after a week and Daniil & team were quick to come back and fix it. Daniil also helped us selecting casings for our door as well as baseboards.

Reached out to Daniil as we were looking to get quotes from multiple floor installers. Daniil promptly came out to gather measurements and quickly sent us a quote within 1-2 days. He was very responsive via text messaging too when I was picking his brain for the best way to install our floors with the least amount of squeaking. Although we ultimately proceed with using him and his team to install our floors, he has terrific communication skills, offered to go the extra mile to get sound proof padding if we so wished it and immediately took pictures of padding he would recommend if we went down that route. I have no doubt he would have installed our floors to perfection and honestly would have gone with Daniil if we could afford it.

Daniil and his team did an excellent job of replacing hardwood floors, stairs and carpet in our house. We had a pretty big and difficult project and this team worked hard and diligent to provide the best quality and complete the project on time. Daniil was always responsive and helped us navigating the process along the way, which made the entire process so much easy. We highly recommend this company!

I love how careful they were and how Daniil was really helpful while we tried to find the best laminate for our home. The installation was really smooth and quick with no surprises and everyone was respectful during Covid time. Excellent experience with Daniil and his team led by Jorge. We had the whole place redone with engineered bamboo flooring and were living in the house for the duration. The team from Elephant Floors did a fantastic job with minimal disruptions to our lives. They were pleasant, punctual, and cleaned up the work area every evening. Me and my wife were looking for a reliable flooring company to install the hardwood floors. We also needed to replace a few spots of subfloor after a last years water damage. Subfloor repairs was about 300 ft. total. We also were helped to choose the right floors, we have a 70 pound dog that can easily scratch the new floors, so the ones we chose are scratch resistant.

The entire project took a little bit less than four days. We were explained in the beginning how the process will take place, so as the repairs started we were more than ready for this project. Overall it was great experience, in a few years we are planning to sell our house, so if our next home will need any floor repairs to be done we will call Elephant Floors for sure. Great service, professional approach, highly recommend!

Before Elephant Floors came to my house and replaced my laminate, I felt dizzy every time I looked at my floor when I came home from work or vacation. It was simply ugly and dirt would get through the cracks. There was even discoloration, which is embarrassing. I told myself for years I would get this job done, and I didn't want to spend the money to hire the pros.

I'm inherently distrustful of businesses. A colleague of mine recommended Elephant Floors, and I gave them a try. His recommendation went far, plus his home is beautiful, so I guess I was a bit jealous. Not anymore, I think my floor outdoes his. Now when I come home I take my shoes off and slide into the kitchen from the hallway. It's pretty freaking amazing.

I want to impress the fact that everything done was done at an affordable price, so it's a great deal either way you look at it. I definitely believe Elephant Floors deserves higher than a five star rating. Maybe a 10 star.

If I had a chance, I would give 6 star! I have used Elephant Floors to replace carpet in my condo. They did the job within 2 days, as promised. This Elephant Floors Company is amazing. It was end of September, every flooring company was busy at the moment. We were in a time crunch for our hardwood floor install prior to moving in. I am very happy with the work elephant floors did for me. I had maple hardwood floors installed in two rooms, and then refinished the floors in the entire house. Daniil is excellent to work with and he delivers great customer service. Francisco and his crew did a great job with actual work. They cleaned up after themselves every day and at the end of the job. I recommend them!
