I can't say enough good things about Weles flooring. They were hardworking, responsive, professional, timely, and VERY knowledgeable. They saved our hardwood floors after we initially hired someone else, who totally botched the job. I was worried the floors were damaged beyond repair, but Weles flooring made them look absolutely gorgeous! Definitely hire them for your flooring needs.

Sasha and the flooring crew are the absolute best. We had faded, dark stained - and somehow purple in places - pine hardwood floors. They were able to completely remove all the stain and give it back a light, natural color. Looks like a completely new apartment. They were also able to work around our delays, problems, and finish way ahead of schedule. The crews helped out immensely with prepping before the started and did an absolutely amazing job. Highly recommend!

Sasha, Pasha, and everyone at Weles are the best! They are very professional, caring, efficient, communicate well, do great work, and have pride in their work and integrity. They saved my hardwood floors that my general contractor first ruined by not covering them per my request as they were in great condition and didn't need to be refinished. My GC's subcontractor then did a poor job refinishing the floors and the finished product was extremely rough like sandpaper on your feet and burned and scratched deeply just from pushing a chair that never scratched prior and my GC would not fix them. Sasha and Weles saved my floors!

They buffed and added a couple more coats of poly and they are now perfect the way they should be! They also installed hardwood floors in my entryway and will put down samples of stain to choose from. I couldn't be happier with their work and recommend anyone to use them and will definitely use them again!

We sanded and refinished our 100 year-old oak floors in our entire house and couldn't have had a better experience. Sasha was helpful, accomodating and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. We had the floors done while we were out of town and he stayed in contact with me to update on the progress and ask questions. The floors were done days ahead of schedule and look stunning!

One of my upstairs bedrooms had been bleached white by the previous owners and when the team was finished it matched the rest of my flooring perfectly. I recently had all the hardwood floors in my 8 room house sanded and stained by Weles Floor Services. There was a problem with several small areas. Their representative, Sasha, reviewed the situation and immediately agreed on a remedy. I couldn't be more pleased with the final result. They are an excellent company.

Weles Floor exceeded my expectations. I had prefinished Natural Maple floors that were installed 13 years ago. From researching I understood they can be difficult to refinish without leaving marks. They did a fantastic job. I also has some pet damage and they replaced a section perfectly. I would highly recommend. They really went above and beyond for a beautiful finish and kept all their timelines.

Fantastic service. Sasha was easy to communicate with via email, and when I told him that I did not believe our kitchen floor was salvageable, he said he'd come over to see. I mean, I had gotten a splinter in the bottom of my foot from our floor, to give a sense of how bad it was. Sasha assured me it could be done, and they could start AND FINISH the job the following week (!) I admit to being a lazy buyer - I didn't get 3 quotes, I just couldn't deal. Sasha provided a number of options ranging in price.

We went with the most expensive option for our very tiny kitchen because of the foot traffic & the small children that seem to know *just* the right angle to drop a toy at to make a dent in the floor. We got to go from an orange-brown super high gloss basketball court falling apart look to a light, smooth, matte, modern, gorgeous floor in 2 days. Wild!

The crew sanded down the floor on day 1 and did one coat, and we were able to walk on it that night. When I opened my freezer, there was a really big section that wasn't sanded (the sanders don't fit under a fridge, and the crew wasn't going to move it). I told Sasha and he had the crew fix it first thing on day 2, before completing the other coats. It wasn't a problem at all. My only regret is not doing this sooner. I love my kitchen again.

We thought it couldn't be done but we now have beautiful refinished floors thanks to Weles Floors. I hired Sasha and Weles flooring to refinish my floors as well as to match and replace an entire section of hallway. I honestly couldn't have been happier with the job they did and the level of professionalism. Sasha answered every time I called and was always super upbeat. He went way above and beyond. The finished product looks great and is a major improvement to our home. I will absolutely hire Weles flooring again and suggest you do the same.

Sasha and his team did a fantastic job on our floors. They refinished and repaired three rooms, did two room and a hallway new. They all flow well and you can't tell where the existing ends and new begins. Sasha was super responsive and able to finish the job before we moved in. Highly recommend!

The quote that was written up was detailed and professional. The crew that came did a fine job. I am very happy with my floors.

Sasha and his crew did a fantastic job refinishing the floors of our new home in Watertown. The work was done promptly, cleanly, on schedule, and the floors look fantastic. We'd received cheaper quotes from other flooring services, but based on the very thorough itemized estimate he provided, we could tell that he and his team would do the job right.

Weles exceeded our expectations. They dealt with challenging subfloor conditions- uneven concrete slabs and wood subfloors. And they managed to make our new wide-plank wood floor installation level and beautiful. No transitions were required! They use high-performance products and equipment. I am an architect, so I am familiar with the process. We solicited quotes from multiple contractors, and Weles made the best impression on us.

They took the time to listen and consider our options. Sasha and his team were amazing and a pleasure to have in our home. It was one of our favorite experiences of our home renovation/addition project.

So pleased! My ugly amber red oak floors have been transformed into a beautiful sand color that Vlad was able to replicate from a photo, perfectly by custom mixing stains and applying a perfect satin finish. Sasha was amazing, they started the job on the day they said they would and worked every day until it was finished. Top quality products, professional, polite, extremely hard working, always responsive, meticulous work.

You won't be disappointed. Sasha was also able to coordinate the moving company to move my furniture and they were top notch as well :) Thank you guys for all your hard work and patience! We did try many color samples and ended up choosing the first custom color Vlad created! Kitchen photo is finished job, 2nd sanded, third color, so many options! 4th before Weles.:)

Great experience! Alex and Vlad did a beautiful job and were really pleasant to work with and patient with me while I struggled with the selection of the right stain. The wood floor of my newly-screened in porch looks beautiful now!
