I just moved into Kingwood and needed floors put in before I moved in. I stopped by Showcase to check the selection, prices and availability of what they carry. I wound up getting 2 rooms carpeted and a room finished with porcelain. I could not have been happier with the price, selection and installation. I just had new vinyl planks and carpet installed and I love them both! I was nervous about this process, but Showcase made it very easy. The crew was friendly and always on time. They worked so hard throughout the 3- day project, I couldn't even tell you if they took their breaks! They cleaned up super well, too, after the job was done. Highly recommend.

Marcie and her entire crew were professional and pleasant to work with. The staff at the store were knowledgeable and helpful. The wood floor crew were very skilled at all the aspects of putting in the floor. Protecting the areas of traffic in and out of the house, floating, cutting, laying the floor, trim out and clean up was all done quickly and professionally. My wife and I are happy with the results!

Our experience with Showcase Carpets was very good. We are new to the area and this company was recommended by our Realtor. In my email communications with Sean we were able to come to an agreement on which carpeting to choose from, without my having to leave the house. He was able to get the carpet ordered and delivered in a timely fashion. Marcie handled the installation details and everything went smoothly. Jose and Manual were prompt, professional and did a great job installing carpeting upstairs.

They took all the old carpeting and left the house spotless. The stairs themselves were a challenge, but they improvised and the final result looks great. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality item at a reasonable price.

All the people at Showcase were friendly and professional. Marcie was very helpful and managed our project well. The installers were proficient and really took care of our new house, and over the 4 day project we had no complaints or issues. We would definitely use them for any size project as ours was quite large with nearly 3800 sq ft of changes with additions of both vinyl plank and carpet. A job well done!

We worked with Showcase for almost two years before finally starting and completing the job. They were able to hold the price during a time of large price increases. We made a switch, in the middle of the job, to taller baseboards. They handled this without a hitch. The installers were also wonderful. We could not say anything better about the end result.

Showcase Carpets & Floors just completed putting in our wood floors and we couldn't be happier. The whole process from start to finish was positive. The associates we met at the store to learn more about our wood flooring options were very knowledgeable and and gave us their undivided attention. We were even able to leave the store with a detailed budgetary quote for the project and were also able to take floor samples home with no questions asked.

One of the other things that was attractive about Showcase is that they were able to deliver the project end to end. We didn't need to serve as GC or to find another contractor to do the work. The team they assigned to the project has been with them for multiple years and did excellent work. We were their singular focus during our 4-day project. Lastly, the whole project was managed by Marcie Currin from Showcase.

She visited our house everyday during the installation to make sure everything was moving along and that we were comfortable. My wife and I have no regrets about choosing Showcase Carpets & Floors for our flooring project and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I had new carpet installed in 3 bedrooms & closets and absolutely LOVE the results. The installers were on time, professional, friendly, efficient, and did an absolutely fantastic job! They brought drop cloths for my wood floors & vacuumed afterwards. They totally cleaned up everything even the garage where they cut the padding & carpet. Marcie, whom I worked with on my order, was professional and a joy to work with.

She shared her knowledge on what type of carpet & padding would work best for my situation, was accessible if I had any questions or concerns, & communicated any necessary information to me including the message that said I could have the carpet installed four days earlier than the scheduled date! The total cost of the carpet installation was very reasonable which included ripping up old padding & carpet & hauling it away. I would definitely use Showcase again!

Hat's off to Marcie, Jose, Robert and Manuel for an absolutely exemplary experience installing my new floors this past week. Front start to finish the quality of workmanship / attention to detail / professionalism was first class and the pace impressive. Each day Jose, Robert and Manuel arrived promptly at 8:00 and immediately began working. The only time they'd take a break was for lunch, and at the end of the day (5:00 pm) they did a very thorough cleanup.

And every morning, Marcie would stop by to look over the progress made the day before. Between Marcie and the crew, they answered any questions I had and Marcie was quick to respond to text messages when off site. One of the best project experiences from start to finish. Our experience with Showcase was one of those rare remodeling projects (~2000 sf of hardwood floor installation) where the job was completed ahead of schedule, on budget and with a level of quality that surpassed our expectations. Cliff was extremely thorough with his initial review and cost estimate, he managed our expectations very well, and stayed in constant communication with us throughout the project. The installation team worked like a well oiled machine, very organized and respectful of our home. We couldn't be happier with the end result.
