My wife called carpet market to change flooring on our house. Ended up using someone else for flooring, but we had them remodel kitchen and knock down some walls to open up the floor plan. They did great job. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. I truly appreciate your partnership and collaboration in making my dream bathroom to reality.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A HUGE WASTE OF VALUABLE TIME. I own 19 rental properties and I had used this company for years and have had over 10 installs completed by this company over the years. However, in late 2012 the sales rep which I had used, Michael Deboo, began constantly rescheduling appointments and constantly missed install deadlines. In April 2013 he did not respond to emails, voicemails or text message.
When he finally did respond, he constantly had excuses for availability to complete install. I contacted the corporate office and requested a new sales rep. Spoke with Joyce at the office on 4/15/13 and explained situation. Joyce indicated she would call me back to schedule carpet measure and install. Joyce did not call me back. On 4/19/2013 talked with owner, Mr. Kim and the company scheduled measurement for 4/22/2013 at 4pm.
I left work to be at the appointment. The company failed to arrive at appointment. After the scheduled appointment time had passed, the owner, Mr. Kim, called and cancelled the appointment. Mr. Kim's English was very poor, however when cancelling the appointment after scheduled time, he indicated that "I do not have a contract with you."
