5 stars! No complaints from start to finish of the process. They were super helpful in picking out the right carpet for our needs, timely in scheduling/completing the job, and excellent work in installing. Very friendly, polite, and helpful! Would definitely recommend.

Terribly unprofessional. Took 2 hours for an estimate. Husband and wife couple that bickered half the time. She was rude as hell, making comments about our house, which I'm sure was much nicer than hers. Kept asking if we had the money for this project. Told us we'd have the estimate quickly. Waited two weeks and when I followed up she didn't even explain or apologize for the delay. Went with another company that actually wanted our business. Heard from a neighbor they do terrible work anyway. Avoid this waste of time.
