Alisha was able to be professional yet still talk to me comfortably like we were friends. She sent me home with a borrowed sample and I'll be going back to do business with them.

It's real easy to deliver here, I drive around the doggy day care building and pull back up out of the way along the side of the building by the bay door. They unload pretty quick.

These guys did a great job! Our sales rep was a nice guy and took good care of us. The installation crew showed up on time and worked hard to get finished in one day, which was a total surprise. They were courteous and professional, and experienced. We only had a couple of hiccups, but we live in a 45 yr old house, so there will be unexpected things. They fixed them with no hesitation. The floors look great and we're very pleased.

Nice selection of flooring. I was looking for an area rug. Prices listed on each rug along with pricing for different sizes. Staff helpful and available.

We were greeted by a very nice reception area. I told her we are remodeling our home and are just looking trying to get ideas and not ready to buy just yet. She was so nice as well as the sales people on the floor. You will not have a problem finding a floor because they have a large selection of every kind of flooring imagineable. We will be back.

Buyer beware! We have bought rugs before on a Saturday and had no problem here, however after spending an hour in the store we decided on 3 rugs one $1500, another $400 and another $600. As we asked to checkout they advised us they couldn't get rugs down (they are clipped up and with a ladder I could have Unclipped them and rolled them up myself).

They said we could get them Monday, we are from out of town and we called before we came to make sure their hours and asked specifically about rug sizes available. Super disappointed- I guess in short they don't want the money. The gentleman was helpful and friendly the lady working is who refused any effort to assist us and said they couldn't get them down. When I said we can't come back because we are not from here, she shrugged her shoulders said sorry and walked off.

Even through our carpet job was small we were treated very well and got expert advice in the showroom from our salesman, Kenny. The installers did a very satisfactory job and cleaned up after themselves. Our complete experience was excellent and would gladly recommend David Abbey Carpet in the future.

Great group of people! So many things to look at! They have gorgeous rugs, tile for floors and bathrooms and carpeting! It's a beautiful showroom! I had back-splashes done in both upstairs and downstairs kitchens, along with drywall repair, and my fireplace trimmed out in a more modern tile. Megan, the resident interior designer, helped pick out amazing materials and organized the entire project for me; she was impeccable in her taste, word and follow-through. My installer, Andre, was outstanding.

He was meticulous in his craftsmanship, personable, professional and timely. I have already recommended David's Abbey to several friends. They will be my go to place in the future.
