Skip all the big box stores and come to Great American Floors for your new flooring. I'm a Type A researcher who went to at least five stores to inquire about new floors because I want to spend my money wisely. Great American Floors had the best and largest selection, most knowledgeable employees, upfront pricing on everything (no hidden installation fees), and there's no sub-contracting out of the jobs like at big box stores where you can't get straight answers.

With big box stores, you'll wait at least 4-6 weeks for service. Great American Floors can install usually within 2 weeks. Michelle, the sales associate, helped me every step of the way in considering my needs for new carpet and was gracious in engaging my kids so I could look at the products. Dominick, who came out to measure, was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable about different types of flooring.

He even brought samples from the store so I could see them in my own home. I may have spent a little more money at Great American Floors than another retailer (most of which couldn't give me final costs with moving furniture around) in the end, but it is totally worth it. It was such an easy process with them from start to finish. I was treated very well as a customer where my time is valued. The installation went well, and the carpet looks wonderful. Best of all, if any problems arise in the future, I know I can call them and they will fix it right away.

Great American Floors is top notch when it comes to quality. They were extremely knowledgeable about their products and the installation process from beginning to end. Their installers were terrific. Very professional and vacuumed the carpets once they were finished. It turned out beautiful! I'm so happy with the result and they are clearly a superior choice above many in the ATL area. Great American Floors was an amazing experience for me from the moment I walked in the front door. I took so many samples home, and when Rachel came to measure she was able to help me make my final decision with expertise on her knowledge of carpet, style, and color. Of all things that are taking forever to supply, carpet is not one of them. I wanted to get my carpet installed before Christmas 2021.

It took less than 2 weeks from ordering to installation. There was almost a hold up the day before install because of broken down ban, but Rachel handled it and the installation went forward without a bump. The crew was amazing. They showed up on time and worked way beyond dark to complete the install. Very professional. It was seamless.literally. No seams to be found in my carpet! I highly recommend this local company!

Great American Floors did a fantastic job of replacing our carpet in our upstairs and stair case. Dominick was very professional to work with and even went out of his way to help me with a home project I had been having trouble with. The installers were detailed and thorough. We recently had Great American floors install LVT by Mohawk in our kitchen and breakfast area. We were very impressed with the wonderful job performed by the two installers, Santos and Harrison. We are very pleased - both with the product as well as the installation process! Santos & Harrison's work was excellently executed, efficiently completed, and very professional.

We really enjoyed working with Dominick. He was courteous and knowledgeable - there were no high-pressure sales tactics and whatever he didn't know - he researched and gave timely replies. He always returned calls and messages promptly and we were well informed throughout the process. Support from the company was excellent and the installers did great work as well. I've just finished renovating my house and had a great experience working with Great American Floors. They were responsible for replacing the hardwood in the main floor + carpet in 2 additional floors. Steve and Erin were really responsive providing the estimates quickly, taking measurements and helping me to pick the carpet and laminate options which were on my budget and available in stock. Rachel was able to accomodate the installation quickly and all the work was done in 2 days (1 day for the carpet work and 1 day for the laminate). I am really haoppy wih the final results: installation was really well done and I would defnitly recommend Great American Floors!

Benjamin and Gabriel, the two men who took up our carpet and installed solid hardwood, did a wonderful job. They were accommodating, understanding, and highly skilled. What I thought might take two days instead took five hours from start to finish. They worked carefully and efficiently. I have already recommended the company to a friend, and will do so again when the occasion arises.
