We were very happy with our experience using The Floor Store for new carpet in our home. We were referred to them by a friend after having a hard time reviewing the options and different price points. Their showroom has a ton of different options without leaving you overwhelmed. Carlos the installer was super friendly and accommodating of our kids and dog, and he and his dad did a terrific job. 10/10 recommend.

Very satisfied from start to finish. Frank was are project manager. He was very responsive to are questions. The crew that installed the floors and baseboards were on time, cleaned as they worked and respectful of the property. I want to say a special thank you to, Beto. We couldn't be more pleased of how everything turned out.

I'd like to send a "Huge" shout out to Dave for his professionalism and expertise. He helped me find the right vinyl planks to fit my existing floor. This helped me repair and replace my floor. The selection is the biggest around and I went to several flooring stores. But what really sets them apart is how they work as a team. After I finished my project I needed some additional planks. Dave was off work but Larry (another project manager) helped me get in touch with Dave to order more.

Great teamwork! On the second order. I called them around 10am to coordinate with Larry and Dave for more planks.by 11:30am I was picking them up! Simply Amazing service! Thank you so very much for helping me out. As we say in the Navy."BRAVO ZULU"

Excellent choices and service. I worked w Frank Hoffman and I love the flooring I picked out. They did a great job and it was my entire house. Overwhelming but I'm loving the outcome.

My husband and I were moving into a new condo and had significant timing challenges. I worked with Ray, who was invaluable in helping me find wood flooring that would be available to meet our timeline. He was accommodating, even coming to measure on his day off. And when we needed to change our installation schedule, Ray again came through for us.

We had new flooring installed throughout our house and we are very glad we chose The Floor Store to do the job. We have been doing some major remodeling the past six months and have had several contractors working on the various projects. The Floor Store has been the best of them by far. We worked with Jeremy to select our new flooring and he came out to the house to measure and inspect our floor.

We told him we would like a couple of extra cases of flooring left over after the install and we had exactly two cases left when install was completed. A problem with the subfloor came up a few days before the install and Jeremy was able to find a solution and have the product I needed by the next day. The install was fantastic! They were scheduled to take 5 days and had the job done in 2 days.

They practiced good dust control while grinding any uneven floor surfaces and did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was completed. We are very happy with our experience with The Floor Store!

I found this business through hugely favorable client reviews and The Floor Store did not disappoint! I am extremely happy with my new floor! I worked with Frank and he was on point the whole way. He was very helpful in picking out the right floor for the color scheme of my house and was right there to answer all my questions. The price was was right in the ballpark of my expectations.

Both the carpet and laminate installers were on time, hard working and finished when they said they would. There were no surprises. Everything went as I was told it would go. This was a great experience for my first really big house project. I definitely recommend their work!

Worked with Larry on our new luxury vinyl plank flooring. He was very informative and patient with all the questions I had. The crew that installed the floors were extremely efficient and were done earlier than expected, which was great! We absolutely love the new look of our home. In November 2020 my wife and I decided to go with Floor Store after our refrigerator malfunctioned and flooded our kitchen. The initial contact with the salesperson was great and they had everything we were looking for. Unfortunately, the problems occurred once the floor installers showed up. It was almost like starting from step one and as if they had never communicated with anyone from the Floor Store.

The fact that the contractors did not speak English made things extremely difficult and a three-day job turned into two months. After everything was said and done I'm still not happy with the final product.

We had a great experience at The Floor Store. They have a great selection of flooring and a very nice showroom. We ended up ordering over 1000 square feet of hardwood flooring to be installed. We would definitely recommend the salesman Frank Hoffmann that worked with us. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He set us up with great installers that did a flawless job on the install. It was completed in three days. I highly recommend Homero and his crew.

Floor I inquired about said on computer only available for Canadian customers - however I can get it at another flooring company in town. Salesperson was not willing to look in to it 'today.'

Worked with Frank to have flooring replaced in our entire home. He advised on the benefits of different flooring types and allowed us to take several samples from the showroom to see how we liked them in our home. Very easy going, Frank answered all of our questions about different flooring and didn't pressure into any specific brand or type.

We felt very confident in the process and signed the contract! The contractor they used was also fantastic. Spent time leveling our flooring for both concrete slab downstairs and plywood flooring upstairs. Very professional and excellent quality work. I would absolutely recommend Floor Store. We checked with multiple companies for quotes and Frank & team were by far the best to work with.

I am rating this a 3 because of the lack of communication during the entire process- mainly before the installation. If this was based solely on the installation team & final product, I'd give them 5 stars. Almost didn't go through them in the first place because of events leading up. Pros: - I absolutely love the final product. My floors look amazing! - Installation team was on time and professional.

They saved my entire experience! Literally shocked because I was losing faith leading up to it. - I was given a good price. This was the only reason I continued with them. I'm glad I did, because it was a rough journey- see below. Cons: - Lack of communication as follows: -- "Miscommunication" on the date the estimator was supposed to come to my house.

I waited a half hour on my lunch break to be told it was scheduled for a different day. - - Not told information on how to proceed with quote. Estimator told me he would call me with further instructions on how to proceed, but never did. Then blamed me for not going into the store to sign the contract. How was I supposed to know this? - - Emails not responded to.

Contract was "stuck" in the outbox and never sent out. -Mix information on days/times. Estimator kept changing days/times of installation. -On the final day, Installation Team came to my house to finish the project and I was never told they were coming that day. Good thing I was working from home. Never received a phone call or email saying they'd be there that day. - - Entire process from the estimate to the finish product was over a month. Overall great product & great price. Not such a fun experience.

Jeremy was great to work with! He came out and was very prompt and professional. He also helped me with picking out the flooring. He was always available if I needed anything at all! The installation was extremely smooth. The guys went above and beyond. They repaired tile that was broken and fixed a broken baseboard. They were very clean and professional. I will never use anyone but them for my flooring!

AH-MAZING. I wrote a review on yelp, feel free to look there for details. Frank from the Floor Store was GREAT! I had a lot of doubt, worry and concern for choosing floors. I was very upfront with Frank. He listened to me and gave me the space I needed and time to pick the right floors. He gave advice that was really helpful. Once I was ready, he told me to give him a couple weeks and he would put his best on it.

I was skeptical, especially when they showed up. All I can say for the two gentleman who came is AH-MAZING. Vadim and Daniel are top notch in what they do. They took their time and did it right. I had them set my floors on a 45 degree, none of us knew how it was going to look. They are BEAUTIFUL. I would recommend The floor store, Frank, Vadim and Daniel to anyone. When I am ready to tear up my laundry room, they will be the one's I call. Thanks guys!

In response to the owners snooty response: As we both know? No, we both do not know that you sent me a private message because I never received one. Your harsh and rude response right out the gate just shows the level of your customer service you and your company provide. "Because yelp advises you to take the high road". Get off of your HIGH horse.

I wrote a review true to my experience with your SALESMAN and your product. I really could care less how long Ray has worked there. Doesnt get rid of the fact that he laid on a sales pitch by scratching the product with his key and saying the product (YOU sell) was "life proof" and "scratch proof", when it is NOT. Doesnt get rid of the fact that Ray didn't show up to my house not once to check on our project, as you think a "PROJECT MANAGER" would.and that the quality of work is subpar.

Worst flooring contractor. After they forgot to put the trim on the new laminate floor to seperate the different type of flooring, cracked my tile floor while putting in the new carpet, felt small nails around the carpet trim/edges. (the estimator told me to hammer it down at first). Another contractor fixed my old tile by gluing my old tile rather than replacing it.

Then the contractor who put the carpet and laminate came back put the trim. Well after a few days.the trim came off and glue is all over my floor. Since it was all paid. I called several time.no answer. If I can give a negative 5. I would. Also, their floor contractor set their glue gun on my cat scratcher and glue leak on to my cat scratcher. I had the whole house done and paid alot of money and don't like to go to court.

I now have to find another floor company to fix the issues. I feel really cheated and disgusted. The estimator Jeremy only came once and didn't come to check how the job was done.even after I called and left a messages for him to come and check how their contractor did a poor job!

Frank and his team Vitaly and Daniel did a wonderful job installing our wood floor. Gave tips and guidance beyond the install as well. Very happy with their work.

I chose Floor store because the vinyl I picked out were in stock and Ray, sales manager promised that the products will arrived Thursday if I order by Wednesday morning. When Thursday came, the products came in but incomplete. I have to wait 2 more weeks to have the missing parts which I'm very upset bc I repeatedly told Ray that I need these products by Thursday since it's for my rental home.

The longer I wait, the more money I loose when I already have tenants waiting to move in. When the missing parts came, it was the wrong color which means I have to wait another day. Ray, and the owner, Jodi never once said sorry. They just blame on the manufacturers. Jodi was very unprofessional. They are only nice to you until you paid. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Overall, I recommend the Floor Store. Do lots of research on your own because once you connect with a salesperson there, they're basically your main contact and it can get hard to be in touch. I suppose I misunderstood that it's not the Floor Store that installs, they just sell the product and have a third party company install. The installers were good except they didn't spend time leveling the floor so our floating floors sound hallow since there is space underneath. Also, they didn't vary the planks so there are areas with a bunch of same planks.

They must have total faith in their installers because no one from FS came and looked over the work. Pros & cons but mostly a good experience. (I suggest spending a little more money on better floors.don't go cheap because you'll regret it. Thickness & wear layer DO matter.) Update: I love my floors but I'm finding places where they didn't adhere the base boards to the walls. I'm needing to do that myself. Also, transitions are coming loose. I really suggest that the Floor Store rep comes to inspect every job AFTER it's complete.

Frank and his team were fantastic. From the moment my wife and I walked into the Floor Store it was everything we wanted in terms of service, no pressure sales staff, and variety. Frank listened to what we wanted to do, showed us a selection of the items that would suit our needs, and asked us what we would like from him. This is in contrast to another well known store that greeted us and proceeded to tell us what they thought we should do.

Big plus - Frank and his team were $1000 less that his competitors! Vlad and his team showed up on time, were professional, personable, and very competent. They were able to complete the job in one day, which included cleanup. The floors look fantastic and, to someone looking at the house for the first time, appear as if they were built with the original house. They also were able to patch up some carpet damage from the cats. In the future, when we replace the carpets, the Floor Store is where we'll go! Thank you Frank and Vlad!

Last year we remodeled our kitchen, dining room and living room floors. Our contractor suggested we use Jeremy at Floor Store at Trade Center. Jeremy helped us with our selection and explained different flooring selections as well as advise us of the differences between flooring, it's durability and water resistance (because we were putting in the kitchen as well).

We decided to lay one type of flooring in all 3 areas. We had two subcontractors lay the floor in a day. Our contractor did the baseboards. So, it's been a year and the laminate has done very well holding up in the kitchen to spilled food, water and all the stuff that gets thrown off the counters. We chose a color that doesn't show dirt as much.

We were very happy with the results. This year we contacted the Floor Store again to finish the bedrooms and closets. The subcontractor, came over and was ready to start work at 7am. Since we're in an HOA that has specific times for contractor work hours, we were chasing him out at 5pm. Dennis did an amazing job, asked questions when they arose about our choices, and was very neat and clean.

He did the baseboards as well as the cut in for the sliding closet doors. He also moved the heavy furniture, all by himself! Truly amazing job and he was practically running the whole time. We are very pleased with the work from Floor Store and highly recommend them.

My husband contacted Floor Store and asked about locating a laminate floor that the previous owner put in, in only a few places. Larry looked into it for us. The old product was discontinued but the new product is the same exact color but wider. He came out to give us his honest opinion about adding new to the old and to take measurements. We trusted and respected his thoughts and ideas and went forward with our floor project.

His crew came out (Alex was awesome!) and tore out old tile and old laminate and added the new product to give our whole house a seamless look. They also took out old carpet and put in new for us. It took only a few days for the entire project to be completed. They did a beautiful job! Thank you Larry and Alex. Do not hesitate to use Floor Store! I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

This review was based on the service we've got upon arrival. The showroom was nicely set up. We were greeted by two gentlemen behind the front desk. That was a nice gesture! We were looking for laminate flooring. We were only looking to purchase materials only without installation. Larry met with us and showed us where all the laminate floors were.

He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told us which ones were his best sellers, we looked at a few we liked, was able to get pricing really fast. We were still shopping around and comparing prices. Even though this place was priced a little bit higher than the other places we've visited, I am glad that someone was able to help us with our needs. If you're looking for great customer service, do not hesitate to visit this place!
