Michael is the current leader in this multi-generational family business and has served as the CEO/President since 1995. Has been in the flooring industry for over 40 years and has grown the business to four locations built on strong relationships with customers and employees. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for Floor Expo and is considered a leader by his peers in flooring knowledge. Gene has been with Sitton since 2003. He has over 26 years experience with multifamily work including a background as a general contractor.

I purchased carpeting here for my apartment in April 5, 2018. They were supposed to call first & be there about 10 AM. at 8 am the installers show up unannounced to start the installation. I paid by check, almost $1700 for my 1 br apt in Brea. A month later the carpet shows some major wear in the traffic areas, seams are splitting & lifting. I have never seen anything like this. Mike, the owner had the manufacturer come out to look & they said they would refund me my money to Mike. he said 3 weeks ago that he would send the check.
He never did & still has not. Today he was rude & swearing at my wife when she called about the check, then said sue me, so what! This guy is a jerk & a dishonest person that is abusive & rude. Im filing with the BBB now.
