Greer Flooring Center

Greer Flooring did a excellent job in their Sales, Service, and Support. We spoke with almost a dozen different providers and Greer Flooring provided the best available product at a very reasonable cost. The finished floor looked absolutely beautiful (see pictures) and my wife is very, very happy with the final look. The only slight issue was the install contractor Greer Flooring used did leave one very obvious scratch in the floor after they left (see last picture below).

Our Sales Agent at Greer Flooring immediately pledged to make it right at their expense, but we chose to cover it with a rug and furniture and just deal with it later if we really have too. The Install Contractor also left with a few full pieces of floor planks that could have been used for the repair if they had been left. That was a little disappointing. But, we love our new floor and are very happy overall.

Called Greer Flooring for an issue 2 years after installation. Tim was very responsive and had a crew out within days. They did a great job. He followed up by phone the following week to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of service is rare these days. Outstanding. Top notch outfit.

Kathy Cooper was so helpful and patient. She is very well connected and not only got my floors done but a great referral for other work that needed doing as well. It all worked out beautifully and in the exact amount of time she promised, like to the minute. Wild! Kathy knows her stuff like no one else. She fearlessly tackled issues with my insurance adjuster and just all around was so organized and on top of things.

You cannot go wrong with Kathy at Greer Flooring. And a special thank you to Joe and Camden for installing the floors so nicely and for being professional AND humorous (mostly Camden on the humor).;-)

We just ordered flooring from here. The experience so far has been absolutely amazing. The sales team is laid back, not pushy and will give you space if you so wish. We loved that. They were very informative and could answer our questions about what would work best for our lifestyle.

I'm a repeat customer through the years and this review concerns my most recent project from the fall of last year. Jacob Kobler (in sales) was very professional, courteous, and efficient in confirming the measurements and scheduling the work to be done. I had all 3 of my bedrooms done with high quality laminate wood flooring. I was very pleased with the installation crew, who did a great job in an efficient and timely manner. It's always been a pleasure to deal with Greer Flooring Center. I highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with Greer Flooring. Greg Davian was our sales rep, and he listened to what I needed and helped me find the right product. I appreciate all that he did to help me make this happen. So easy to work with. We had laminate floors installed in an area of about 800 sq ft. The crew did an incredible job with the install. They got the entire job finished in a day (including ripping up old flooring and moving furniture). Everyone loves the finished product! The value and cost were perfectly lined up. We would definitely choose this company again.

We have had flooring done in the past and just had a new tile shower put in. Very professional from start to finish. Highly recommend! They take pride and especially stand behind their work.

Jacob was a pleasure to work with on picking out replacement carpet for our two spare bedrooms. He was very knowledgeable and polite. We love the new look and especially the feel of a better quality carpet and top notch padding. The installation was quick and on point. Highly recommend!

Very grateful for the chance to work with Shannon here. She made picking out Floors & Tile for our new home easy. My wife and I were able to quickly see ideas and get suggestions through examples, and on hand offerings. Completed the entire home in about an hour!.(wasn't so impressed by other guys here, didn't feel welcome). Shannon made up for it anyhow, very talented and professional.

This is our second time using Greer Flooring. Our salesperson Reuben was excellent in helping me choose Coretec Vinyl Plank for our living area & kitchen. We took home samples & Reuben came to measure. He was professional & very helpful. Then the magic happened! Shane & Kayla our installers were TOP NOTCH! They were amazing getting the work done as quickly as possible and everything was fitted perfectly and professionally!

I was not home on the final day of install and when I got home from work that night, I felt like I was on an HGTV show getting my reveal. I cried seeing the finished job! I highly recommend Greer Flooring and Shane & Kayla for all your needs!
